It’s funny, when I was younger, my sister and I used to watch the wiggles everyday after school as our grandma made our lunch. Now that Im a father of a beautiful little girl, I love what the wiggles are and stand for. I like watching them and they actually have some catchy tunes lol
I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart a massive thanks to them for the best childhood, I can't imagine growing up with them. The wiggles will always be my favourite and it hasn't been the same, I just miss the Og but huge respect to Anthony, I was almost in tears when I saw him still performing, what a bloody legend! But honestly as an introvert who barley has friends, coming home and watching wiggles always cheers me up as a kid. I wish I could turn back time and relive the days when the original wiggles didn't retire. I don't know how I feel about the wiggles being female maybe since I grew up with the ogs but I have all the DVDs so for my future kids I wanna share it to them what my childhood was like. This may come as a shock but i never knew they were Australian even though i am Australian myself but i grew up in a different country. I have travelled to Australia a few times when i was little but if i knew i would've begged my parents to see the wiggles live. 😅 It really saddens me to see them grow old, back then I thought it would go on forever but time is not on our side. 😢

My mom never understood why I loved the wiggles so much as a kid but I think I fell in love with them in my innocence and was absolutely devastated when Greg left. I remember asking my parents what happened to him and they told me he was sick and I was hurt because he was low-key my Bias (can't believe I'm using K-pop terms with them but) it's true! And I was never the same. I watched the documentary the other day for the first time not knowing it came out sometime last year but I'm not a big prime user and my goodness when I say it healed my inner child I'm not kidding especially after having to deal with a familial altercation... It helped soothe some of that pain I was dealing with~
Such a big part of raising my three sons. I was so young, just in my 20s and my boys loved these guys. I felt so glad to have them help me entertain my kids.
I grew up watching the wiggles ever since I could remember🤗I had their VHS tapes and dance with my cousins and knew all the songs and dances by heart and memory😅I had the 4 original plush dolls that actually sang and I would go see them live in concert! Now ever since Greg left the group I stopped watching them bc i thought it would never be the same again. 2 decades later I now have my 2 daughters and the wiggles came up on my recommended list on UA-cam and I was like"alright let's see how this goes". We have been watching the wiggles 24/7 for 2 months straight now and fell in love with Sam, Emma, Tshay, Lachy, Simon, Caterina, John, Evie & Lucia💛❤️💙💜I play the songs while I drive and clean the house lol and dance with my kids whenever the music comes up. Long story short, The Wiggles have been a huge part in my childhood and now they will do the same for my kids🙃
These 4 had such a huge impact on me but the one who really made a huge impact on me was Murray. Back when I was younger I would always bug my mom to put on the wiggles for me weather I had a good day or bad day and I always loved seeing Murray on the big screen ☺️ Murray inspired me to pick up bass guitar now!!

Nothing beats the Og especially the wiggles, i still can't belive Anthony is still performing but seeing that i couldn't hold back my tears. Once he retires it will never be the same. I really hate seeing people grow old and i wish they could stay young forever but i hope in the far future they are still remembered and watched by children. They brought so much happines into our lives. I have all their DVDs so while others let their children watch cocomelon I'll make my future children watch the og wiggles. They helped me so much growing up i struggled so much in making friends and was bullied just because i was different and often come home feeling sad but the wiggles cheer me up and make me forget about all of that. I was on hot potato 🥔 the original music video and John Field at the time being as captain music video I was chatting with ABC Music your independent company and I said to them I thought 💭 of an idea 💡 of having og stands for original and abc music loved it 🥰 so much they called it The OG Wiggles.

What the OG Wiggles should do is allow Sam Moran to join them on stage for their next big show. That way it gives a sense of closure to what was percived as a slight to Sam and allows him to say goodbye to the fans who watched him. It would go a long way to healing that rift. All of my kids watched the Wiggles at one time or another from 2003-2017 and we still reference them for the fun of it. I even created a parody of "here comes a bear" with my youngest daughter (Mommy's a scary bear) who delighted in singing it to Mom.
