Ma'am, have we need to release the skin while injecting the s/c medicine? Sometimes it is observed that it can be done only in the case of abdomen mucles but not in the other parts of the body. Can you please clarify on this.

You are drawing up next to patient so you never leave the patient so there is no need to do 2nd ID and allergy check

No need to clean for subcut, look at the site and declare it sis socially clean.
