No.it can be different as they are two different things.

It is one of the 22 skills so it is not mandatory but possibility

It does not matter as long as its measured correctly.

Hi Madam, may I know if the scenario says the patient is dry and the bed linen changes once a day. What is the score for moisture?

paraplegia will be 1 , hemiplegia will be 2

Good morning, please if you are ask to give 1g of paracetamol and the paracetamol dosage is in miligram, how many tablets do you give
It comes as 500mg so two tablets.
