They “made” diff breeds of bunnies, angoras were used for outfits and stuff like that because they had long fur. Over the years they became pets, if someone would had released it would most likely have died due to the hot sun or a predator.
That's how I ended up with my first bunny years ago... She was roaming my parents' neighborhood with no one claiming her, and my dad and I rescued her. I was so mad at her origin story (almost definitely a released Easter "gift"), but thankful we found each other! ♥

I have 2 angoras as pets. 100% free Roma of course. They are pretty friendly and relaxed. And as they do not mold you have less trouble with fur than a dwarf bunny can cause. 😂
Kyra Bock angoras do molt, they talked about it in the video, you must live in a climate that doesn’t have changing seasons as every bunny has at least 1-2 molts a year
My 2 lionheads (part mini Rex) shed so bad when they shed. But when they don't shed it is fine. Idk about angoras. But there really is only 2 seasons here, and they only shed once a year

Nice that you're adopting, but i strongly recommend getting a female and a castrated male. Two males housed together will have a 95% chance of fighting. They mostly fight to the death. If they are housed together now and seem fine it's because they are 6 months or younger. As soon as they hit puberty it will go wrong. I'd expect a foster home to know this

I rescued my fifth rabbit yesterday (they all have big spacious areas). She's a beughtiful chestnut lion head four month old doe. She will be bonded to my holland lop doe after her quarantine. I originally found her on Craigslist and decided to get her for my holland lop doe. When I got her yesterday she was starving and sickly skinny and wouldn't move because she was used to a horribly small cage. She's currently in an X pen and had a big binky today! I've decided to name her Paisley and she loves to look at some of my other Craigslist rescues I have! Thank you for helping my find these amazing loving friends I have without you they all wouldn't have an amazing home and lots of love if I didn't find your channel so I thank you. ❤️

essential oils are not safe for bunnies!! They actually hate the smell of lavender even raw, but all essential oils are dangerous for them. They have very sensitive lungs. I know there's a comment down there that says someone's bunny likes the smell, but I've done my own research on the issue myself and it seems it's very bad for them!
i diffuse essential oils but my room has good circulation and I don't diffuse it all of the time. every rabbit is different but our vet gave us the okay. Use caution and pay close attention to your bun's health because of their sensitive lungs and potential allergies.
I once went to a bunny Sanctuary and there were a ton of bunnies in a house over 100. The owner said she rescued all of them and they were dumped on the streets by their previous owners. One bunny was in such a bad condition and could barely move its legs and was super skinny. She was putting them on sale and giving all of them a happier life.
My favorite breed is the lionhead, and I've had a few. They're quite a lot of work, but they are sooo sweet and kind.🥰 I brush them every day and check for mats everytime and also when I pick them up.

I know there's a comment down there that says someone's bunny likes the smell, but I've done my own research on the issue myself and it seems it's very bad for them!
i diffuse essential oils but my room has good circulation and I don't diffuse it all of the time. every rabbit is different but our vet gave us the okay. Use caution and pay close attention to your bun's health because of their sensitive lungs and potential allergies.

I once went to a bunny Sanctuary and there were a ton of bunnies in a house over 100. The owner said she rescued all of them and they were dumped on the streets by their previous owners. One bunny was in such a bad condition and could barely move its legs and was super skinny. She was putting them on sale and giving all of them a happier life.
My favorite breed is the lionhead, and I've had a few. They're quite a lot of work, but they are sooo sweet and kind.🥰 I brush them every day and check for mats everytime and also when I pick them up.
