The problem with this is as shown in the Video. Under account, it clearly shows that the product is unlicensed. It will probably work for 30 days max and then that's the end. The tool is designed for a company to use that has a volume licence.

At 8:28 in your video you 'accept' the license agreement. However, under the 'Account' tab (8:38) the yellow highlight box around MS Office LTSC Pro Plus 2024 has an exclamation mark in front of the phrase, "This product is unlicensed." How can this be IF you accepted the license agreement a moment ago at 8:28 in your video timeline? Shouldn't the software show as licensed after accepting the agreement? This part seems confusing and contradictory. Can you clarify what's going on here? Thanks.
you need to buy a product key from microsoft
Somehow you are activating the volume licence, it is not free.
I assume you are using either scripts or KMS.

Activate through Excel with the license key you were provided after purchase. worked for me.

I will suggest you try it on another system first before uninstalling the one you have. Install on another system and use it for a while then compare with your paid one
Keep using O365 if you have a licence
