Ho Chi Minh or is it Saigon?

The city is Ho chi Minh in all official papers. But it's being called Saigon by most Vietnamese. I'd guess it would be changed back to Saigon when the communist regime is no longer in power, just like St. Petersburg in Russia.

Yes you are probably correct
