Thank you. Because of childhood experiences, I wanted nothing to do with religion or anything close to it. I pushed it all away. It took me a long time to realize going to a church is not what is important. I'm embarrassed to say I'm 47 years old and have never read the Bible. My copy of the Scriptures from Grindstone will be delivered tomorrow. Better late than never, huh?! 🙏💚
You will LOVE following along w/Bear in his Scripture reading. If you start at Genesis (w/Bear on YT) you will see HIS growth in the Lord. He went from not being able to pronounce words to NOW being able to explain things so well. The Old Testament readings have helped me understand New Testament readings. Yahweh knew what he was doing when he basically commanded Bear to read the Scripture on camera. I highly recommend starting at the beginning (wish I had done this...lol), but also get you some NT reading/teaching too. It's soooo good!!🌺
I'm 47 as well. You didn't expire like an egg lol. Its never too late where there's life there's hope. Had bad experiences in churches aswell scared me away. Then one day I felt the spirit the most I'd ever had and I was alone. Don't allow man to get in your way! Doing my first passover this year!! Bless you!
A friend found a Chick track someone had left in a public restroom. Through that simple act her life was redirected toward YHVH and she has spent her life in His service. Tracts can be powerful seeds.
I think the most influenced ive ever been in my life in a positive way didn't come from a speech or sermon it came from me observing " action" not words especially at first from christian people. They were blessed, had peace and seemed to be stable and protected. One day I said " i want that". I'll always remember my " EXAMPLE " will always be a stronger witness than my words.Great word!
Wow! Saw the interview on Luke's site that you posted which was excellent. And now this very appropriate message is also on time, on point. Lots to go over and watch again. Pastor TJ, you have very little knowledge of the sheer numbers of us who "were blind, but now I see". Reading the Scriptures with your admonishing to "let the Bible interpret the Bible" is astoundingly great advice and your references make it easier to envision. Thank you. Blessings! PS I was surprised to hear Luke's knowing about Elizabeth (Aunt Betty) Elliott. When she and her young daughter were at the jungle base in Limoncocha, Ecuador, for some reason (I was young) , awaiting news from Rachel Saint and Dayuma's reception by the Aucas, I think. I remember feeling so sad for the little daughter whose Daddy had been killed. Rachel ( a Wycliffe Bible Translator) and Betty ended up learning their loved ones killers' language but also translation some of the Bible for them. Outstanding women.
Great video! Almost like being there. Perhaps best comment from those present: we all have something wrong. We (my wife and I) are looking forward to when our Messiah returns and shares with us where we have it wrong, so we can get it right. (Note: not so we can "be right", rather so we can better show our love for Yeshua and our adopted Daddy.

Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have impaled the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. My husband and I became believers in our 40’s. You are right on time!

I agree! Show people the meat and let our Father put it on the grill and sprinkle all the wonderful seasonings. Praise Yhwh!

I was sitting in this room, yet this seems like the first time I've heard any of this. It's just as powerful the second time!
