Dude, I'm loving your channel and the website. Couldn't ask for More. Your recipes are pretty spot on. They all look amazing, they sound great. Just wrote a few down to try throughout the week I would just like to say. You're not gonna have any problems finding subscribers.
Just stumbled across your channel and love all the great recipes and how well the videos are made! Can't wait to see what is coming up! Thank you for all your efforts, can't wait to see what's in store.
Lol I'm annoyed I didn't see this about 12 hours ago! I cooked my meal prep for the week earlier but now I wish I made this😭 will have to side bar and do it next week lol
Good question - we buy a brand from Sprouts that's really hard to find elsewhere. Other options are just whipped cream cheese - Philadelphia has one. Or if you can’t find that, just use a reduced fat cream cheese. There's going to be some macro difference between all of these, but it’s not overly material. Hope this helps :)
@macplayer2342 yeah - we use Noble Made (less sugar) BBQ sauce. So what you can do either is use that brand, or find a brand with a similar nutrition profile.
Love the recipe and look forward to new recipes. I think it would be helpful to include alternate measurements instead of grams. I'm guessing I'm probably not the only one who has no idea what "21 grams" of honey would be....
Hi Zach - thanks for the feedback. We’ve considered what you’re suggesting, but we generally measure in grams for the sake of precision. And the way we do this is by using a food scale. It’s important that what we list as the macros for the recipe are as accurate as possible.
Hi! That's a good question - here's how I'd contextualize it. Simplistically, weight (fat) loss requires nothing more than being in a caloric deficit (burning off more than you consume per day), and so to that point, this recipe can indeed be fit into that profile. Obviously, if you have something that's closer to low-400 calories rather than 514, you could consume more calories elsewhere in your daily diet. But so long as you're balanced and not consuming excess calories elsewhere in your day, this recipe is perfectly fine for anyone looking to lose weight (be in a caloric deficit). With respect to quantifying your caloric deficit point - i.e., how many calories you don't want to go over per day - I'd simply recommend reaching out to a dietician or nutritionist for this as I'd be unable to quantify that for you, unfortunately. Hope this helps :)
Hi - no worries. Honestly, if it were me, I wouldn’t even worry about it - I would just make the dish without it. There’s enough flavor between the rest of the seasonings and BBQ sauce that it’s not worth stressing over/finding a replacement. Hope this helps :)
Hi Xander - You can definitely freeze them. We generally just keep them in fridge, however, throughout the week. To reheat, you can use either the oven (assuming your storage containers are oven safe) or the microwave. We generally just microwave for a couple of minutes since it’s easier. Hope this helps :)
Yeah it’s a tough find if you don’t have a Sprouts near you. Other options are whipped cream cheese (not Greek) - Philadelphia has one. Or if you can’t find that, just use a reduced fat cream cheese. There is some macro difference between all of these, but it’s not overly material. Hope this helps :)
Hi Shayne - thanks for watching. Yeah I guess you’re referring to the sanitary aspect of cutting boards. That’s something I’ve heard a few times now, but it turns out that wooden cutting board might actually be *more* anti-microbial than plastic, not less. So, might have to disagree with you here :)
This recipe was delicious however I found that it wasn’t very filling (I guess that’s the trade off of bbq sauce, cheese, and honey) Unfortunately it made my week very miserable as I was hungry after my meal but didn’t want to waste food and make a different dish. It’s very delicious though and I’m going to remember this for when I bulk!
Hey - thanks for watching and feedback! We plan on adjusting the recipe in the future to make it more filling without compromising the caloric profile, so stay tuned :)

What size containers do you use?
Hi Lucas - they’re ~6 cups / 1,500 mL capacity containers. I’m not precisely sure on the dimensions.
Let me know if this helps!

What about the brand of the bbq, i am trying to stay as close as possible to the caloric count
@macplayer2342 yeah - we use Noble Made (less sugar) BBQ sauce. So what you can do either is use that brand, or find a brand with a similar nutrition profile.
can you make a high calorie version?
Hi Crisken -
Yeah, we for sure can. Stay tuned 😄
great video
Thank you! We appreciate the positive feedback.

Also even estimated times would be helpful for cooking meat!

Is this a good meal prep recipe for weight loss ?

What can i replace the chili powder with? it looks delicious but i can’t eat spicy recipes 😢

@@foodbalance Ok, thanks for replying 👍
I'm very new to mealprep, can I just throw this in the freezer? And how do you reheat this properly?
Hi Xander -
You can definitely freeze them. We generally just keep them in fridge, however, throughout the week.

Making this
how do you only have 500 subs
Ha - we’re just getting started 😁
Why do you only have 144 subs
Lol - well we’ve certainly seen rapid sub growth lately, so hopefully that continues.
Thanks for watching, Sajesh!
apparently greek whipped cream cheese doesnt exist within 200 miles of me...is there a sub...?

thanks i plan on trying this tomaro for my weekly lunch @@foodbalance
great video but for the love of god please don't cut chicken on a wooden cutting board
