A couple of ideas, use All thread for your hanging hooks, bend them as you need, could make a couple of Rim stands( like a cheap grinder stand) with a Cone on top to set the rim on to work the powder.
Bruh ... mad props to ya, for working thru the Superbowl. NOT because you missed the Superbowl ... but because you are working and grinding on a Sunday!!!!
I lay the first color, partially cure it, let the wheel cool then I lay the second color and vacuum off where I want the first color to show through. Then I do a full cure it doesn’t contaminate that way.
Very cool. That's a lot of work right there. I can't imagen losing a sister. How about a 75hp shot nitrous. Maybe add a small single injector in the throttle body spraying alcohol. 75 extra hp in a small truck is a lot.
Thank you 🙏 the wheels were tough, but I like tough jobs, it helps grow skills. A 75 shot would be a great idea, especially it would be about an 80% increase in power! Lol
All good! I’ve been looking too, I’m also reaching out to some wheel companies for another project t as well, so hopefully can knock out two birds with one stone 💪

Thank you 🙏 most appreciated!

No problem! Thanks for the compliment 💪
How do you keep the black powder from contaminating the blue when you put them in the oven?

That would be awesome! 💪💪
Are u still in colorado?
we are not, we haven't been there for a couple of years.
What powder coat machine are you using
The KF-X1
At 2000 dollars per wheel a big new oven is definitely in your future.
