Indie Pop > Trap... two different genres but music at the end of the day. I prefer Indie Pop 100%. I'd loooooove to hear The Japanese House Live and I don't go to concerts often.
She sings very low, but also the beginning of the studio version is pitch shifted down. But to stress this is not the point. It’s all just instruments she uses to make a rich sound
I really love her studio music, but it pains me to say that I think Amber needs to work on her live performance voice a bit. She lacks the kind of vocal strength and phrasing that we see on her studio pieces but not many of her live performances. I don't mind all the vocal processing that they use - it's kinda cool if it's done right - but it only accentuates when she's not on par.
this poor girl.. i know her voice is bomb but here she just sounds a little worn down. i'd hate to be in a position where i needed to perform when my voice wasn't at its prime
The way she makes me feel, ... no words for it
THE SMILE DAMN IT
She has such an amazing voice. It's so unique, it just has an ache to it. I love the alternate melody at the end. Seriously one of my favorite songs.
she's so good.. her live performances are even better than studio
I love her so much
Of course she toured with the 1975...listen to this magic!!
the 1975 actually use some of her samples in their songs aswell

Saw her and the band live in a club in Tampa of all places last fall. It was very good
I love you amber
I'm not judging but is her voice edited to sound more like a male sound because in her interviews she sounds completely different.

Michael Tangen I totally agree! I saw her live once and am going to again in a few weeks
this is cool but where's the other singer? I don't think we see a single shot of whomever is singing the other vocal harmony...
It's all Amber
The mic has some kind or echo effect.
Ben Radtke they trigger live backing from the Roland SPD-SX as well as amber using what I believe is the TC helicon harmony pedal
Exactly it is the TC Helicon Voice Live II.
She looks like Britney here
Why does she sound a eve from wall E?
