I’ve found your channel is really great and informative as I look for a long term retirement property. $1,250,000+ US is a tough sell for me and a risk when foreigners can’t own land. Especially when similar homes in the general area are available at 20-30% of the price. I hope you will feature more properties in that range. Thank you.
