The Honda Elevate comes with a 1.5L ivtec petrol engine mated to either 6 speed manual or 7 speed CVT gearbox.
Available in 4 variants : SV, V, VX, ZX
The ZX offers many features including a large touchscreen, semi digital instrument cluster, electric sunroof, leatherette seats, wireless charging along with ADAS level 2 features such as Adaptive cruise, Auto Emergency braking, Blind spot monitoring, Lane keeping assist, etc.

ZX: The top-of-the-line ZX variant gets additional features like a 10.25 inch touchscreen system, electric sunroof, wireless charger, and Honda Sensing safety suite which includes features like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking.
Overall, the Honda Elevate SUV is a well-rounded offering in the mid-size SUV segment. It has a good engine, a comfortable ride, and a spacious interior. The features list is also quite comprehensive, especially in the higher variants. However, the Elevate does miss out on some features that are available in its rivals, such as a full digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof and ventilated seats.

Which variant of the Honda Elevate SUV would be the best choice for you depends on your budget and your needs. If you are looking for a basic SUV with good fuel efficiency, the SV variant is a good option. If you want more features and a more comfortable ride, the V or VX variant would be a better choice. And if you want all the bells and whistles, the ZX variant is the one for you.
Excellent review as always. Great! Enjoying Honda City with ADAS for four plus months now. Some of the cons of Elevate are, while ADAS is available on all variant of City, in Elevate it is available only in top most variant, loss of nearly 2+ kmpl, same engine of City in a heavy non-aero dynamic SUV style makes us feel it is underpowered. Good things are, now Split seat is added. Most of the Honda cars including elevate and city miss simple features like mute / play / pause button on steering, space on ceiling for sunglasses, dead pedal near clutch pedal to keep foot rested, split seat in City to allow getting things from boot by rear passengers while car is moving, height adjustable seat belt, are few features, which will make life easier and enjoyable and cost nothing. Eagerly waited for Elevate to upgrade, with ADAS missing (except top variant) decided to stay back with excellent, super smooth Honda City itself.
Somebody from Honda is watching all the Indian moto vlogging carefully that's why ergonomically this Honda seems practical, and the fit and finish look good. Only one question why don't they make turbo engines?
I asked the same question. They said there is not much future for turbo petrol engines and they want to focus on mileage
I v tec.... 4k rpm.... small valve .... above 4k rpm mid valve is there for performance,,,,, so its like turbo..... pls read ivtec cam operation clear,,,, then u don't prefer turbo...... reliable I vetc..... but turbo longterm maintenance,,,,,,,,,quite costly......
Turbos around the world are discontinued. Just search in youtube 'why turbos suck' and 'turbo carbon issues'. You will get all the information you need on why people do not prefer them(around the world). Its only in India that there is this wired craze for turbo. In india we have a tendency to pick up other peoples trash and glorify it.
Honda make things which run for decades .. turbo engines aren't one of them

I would say a suv has to be a 4 wheel with a differential lock. in my view these are just jacked up sedans with just front wheel drives and loads of fancy stuff

PS: Thanks for your detailed review especially with ADAS. Also does adaptive cruise control do stop and go (if the leading vehicle breaks to zero and picks up within let's say 5 seconds. Does Honda ADAS also move the vehicle without any manual intervention)?

Could have had base version of 1.2 with 9L ex showroom and 6 bags standard like exter. Would have ruled market due to more mileage. Since oct will make all vehicles 6 airbags mandatory. Would people booking after oct will get 6 airbags? Or with increased price?

Honda's reliability is all fine. But Honda already stopped many vehicles, now its sales are comparatively very down. If the sale of Elevate doesn’t pick then Honda will be in the same situation as Ford. So, should be prefer buying Honda in India?

You are mentioning that the automatic breaking warnings are provided without applying brakes. Is it really true? Because, there are only four settings in Honda's automatic emergency braking - Normal, Near and Far and I don't see a setting "Warning Only". Did you try to switch of the CMBS setting and observe the warning coming up?
Warning is normally displayed first before auto braking

Elevate offers lesser airbags on lower variants. And less features in top variants. Elevate is soon to be updated with 6 airbags on all variants. It's better to wait and see
