Easy goan beef cutlet recipe.The goan beef cutlets are prepared with
ground meat cooked with some spices,coarsely ground ,shaped into cutlet
and coated with rava/semolina and fried .These cutlets are served as side dish or snacks.
Ingredients:-
500 gms kheema
1 tsp jeerem -meerem powder
1.5tbsp palm vinegar
1/2 inch ginger
5-6 garlic cloves
salt
handful coriander leaves
2 green chilli
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 inch soaked tamarind
oil
2 onion
1 tomato
water
other ingredients:-
Rava/semolina
1 egg
2 tbsp bread crumbs/2 slices of soaked bread
