Lucky I watched this video cause my measurements are out in the same place as yours. We have a duel wheel carrier and will have to check the plugs as well. Thanks for the video, very helpful.

You are gunna need a late check out of the caravan park. Gotta bit to do to hook up and drive off.
The caravan always stays hooked up and the car always has the bracket attached so it only takes a few seconds to hook the hook up on the stone stomper to the car. When we stay in caravan parks which is not often we don't need late check outs.
Sorry I meant not fitting a solar panel but fitting the stone stopper video with Gil going crazy with the camera position 😂 Pam
I realised which video you were talking about, although there has been many times where he kept moving the camera to get the not so perfect shot. Oh well we never said we knew what we were doing with UA-cam 🤣
It definitely works better if you cut cross slit holes for the anderson plugs

You also need to be aware that your cables from the andos etc are going to be subjected to all the rocks flying under your car
@@MrPeznat103 Yes, we realise that would be the case. I guess it is just part of the maintenance of the vehicle. We check them every time we hook up and go to leave
I'm having the same problem as you. So it dint get the better of me. I sent measurements when my tow bar was out one notch.

they dont protect the vans suspension at all like other flaps
We didn't think of protecting the vans suspension when we purchased it, but a good observation to consider. We got it to protect the car and caravan from stones.
They are superior to RockTamers for stone protection.
Not that we have had a Rock Tamer, but we think they would be.
