    +Eric Downing One unhappy customer doesn't mean anything. Claiming they have "quality problems" is a bit rich when you are only citing *one* case -- a case that was ruled in favour of the company, by an independent court, to boot. (Yes, the court said the customer wasn't entitled to receive any damages at all!) I have enough experience in the customer service industry to know that some customers will make the most outrageous demands, for little or no reason. BTW, they still gave that customer a brand new boat in the end, even though they didn't have to... It shows you how generous they are, if anything.

    @pootubeftw The point with taking the home with you is if you simply want to live in your boat during longer periods.
