Hi :-) South African here, we are also moving to Sydney soon, and we will also most likely look for an apartment in Parramatta, Bella Vista, Westmead or Glenwood . Which documents do you need and which in particular are most helpful when you want to secure an apartment for a couple and a baby? Thanks in advance!

You can travel to Parramatta by train from Sydney. North Parramatta is a trifle expensive, try ones along Great Western Highway.

I wish ugibele i ferry from Circular Quay to Parramatta. its a great ride emanzini girl. and plus.... sicela phela the walking videos on off days eBondi, eBronte, coogee and Barangaroo. I literally have never been to Aus but i just want to see homegirl esisa kuzo lezo ndawo.🤣😆😅

Yes, you can take the ferry from the city to Parramatta (this will make a good blog!), also there are express trains from the city to Parra, no need for first bus from Auburn(?) to Parra. Parra to the city is 30 mins on express train

And Western Sydney University (Parra campus) is within 10 minute's cycle to where you are looking. Also Parra is Sydney's 2nd CBD so lots of things being built like light rail and community spaces

Sure thing most of them I just went to as I saw the lease 🪧 sign but I viewed from $550 - $600 per week. I’d be sharing as I mentioned
