Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Shermie, and Orochi Chris are three characters who worked in the shadows to revive Orochi in KOF '97. Now they are back to form Team AWAKENED OROCHI and are now available in KOF XV!

At least Shermie learnt to handle her Orochi powers better. This time she doesn't accidentally struck by her own lightning and die. Instead takes the lightning to herself willingly , remains unaffected and directs it to the opponent

The Heavenly Kings outfits really look good on them! Orochi Yashiro is one of my mains, so I'm naturally excited to have him back. The outfit really works for Chris and fits his role as Orochi's vessel. I also love that by giving him more speaking lines, he's even more sinister than before. Loving the redesign for Shermie as well! What I really love with the redesign is one look at them, and you already know they're evil and not to be messed with. It's a complete turnaround from their non-awakened version.
I sure hope Goenitz and Orochi return as well. It would be great to see all Four Heavenly Kings appear canonically for the first time.

It’s also really neat to see they’ve apparently mastered their true powers this time around. Shermie deliberately striking herself to channel the lightning into her opponent looks insane. And yeah, seeing the more sinister side of Chris is a treat.
@@Swampert384 yeah it's nice to see Yashiro more obviously channeling his earth element. I wonder if they changed some of their play style, since the trailer didn't show any of her ball lightning or Chris' regular fireball. If anything, Shermie seems to be a more in your face character than as a zoner.
Goenitz probably shall return, like Rugal, as special update. Maybe around Oct. or Nov. this year. Orochi maybe not, considering the KOF 14 scenario..

Hoped to see O. Chris turning into Orochi himself in his max, but his new moveset is awesome too!
Orochi got sealed again in one of the KoF14 endings, so I assume Chris can't turn into him for the time being

i like that their awakened forms play fundamentally so different from their non awakened forms that they are legitimately different characters... shermie went from grappler to zoner, yashiro from rushdown to grappler and i dont play chris much so i dont know his deal

A 'Boss Challenge Mode' of this trio would have been a great addition, along side Omega Rugal. I must admit, I was hoping there would be more to that mode...Oh, well.
Still, I am quite looking forward to playing this team. Loved playing them in KOF 98 and 2002 UM.
Maybe Goenitz will come as a challenge next?

Me parecía medio obvio que iban a ser como las versiones de 2002um que son mas prestadas a un juego combo heavy que el grounded neutral de las originales. Lo que si me gusta es que hicieron un mejor esfuerzo por diferenciarlos de las versiones regulares con mas voces y demás se sienten mas como si fueran nuevos personajes la verdad.

Orochi Shermie is creepy with her lightning bolts on her hands and Orochi Yashiro is very dangerous since 1997.
Some people said this team is just wasting slots, once again SNK proved them wrong, SNK always bring uniqueness in rehashing old characters, this interaction, different moveset, and different mannerism will bring another strategies for players 😁👍

La música a pesar de ser la misma de siempre, se siente genial, ese sintetizador dando ese toque oscuro y demoníaco es simplemente... Sublime, deleitante.
El equipo está bien diseñado junto con sus clímax, más que perfecto.
No es tanto "La misma", sino que es remasterizada con arreglos especiales.

Bro the XV version of his theme SLAPS. Absolutely love these three.
As dublagens estão muito boas, mas a Erina Seto me surpreendeu. Você não diz que é uma nova dubladora e sim a original. Erina é uma das poucas que conseguiram captar a verdadeira essência do personagem. Está de parabéns.
Gente, se possível vão às páginas do Ogura e do Oda mostrar apoio ao trabalho da equipe SNK. Esse KOF foi um presente para os fãs mais nostálgicos. Os caras trabalharam duro para manter o jogo em um bom nível. Lembrando que, em breve, tanto eles quanto os últimos dubladores originais irão se aposentar e eles são os últimos da geração antiga da SNK. Não sabemos o que vem por aí. 😕
Esse jogo é um presente também pra quem não gostou de como o KOF anterior ficou. Pra eu ficar 100% satisfeito, basta eles trazerem o Kim de volta na próxima DLC.

@@alexandrecastro582 pelo que pesquisei, a Seto é relativamente nova no ramo. Ela fez, além da Shermie, só mais duas personagens de games de 2016 pra cá.
É sério isso aí? XV é o último trabalho dessa equipe? Caramba, admito que fiquei preocupado. Sangue novo e novas ideias não são coisas ruins, mas vai saber o que aparecerá em seguida...
O negócio é aproveitar bem esse jogo, está sensacional, KoF de respeito mesmo.
Muito bom, tiraram a forma animalizada do KOF97 e colocaram como se eles tivessem controle total do poder.
Cheguei a pensar q Chris ia virar orochi no clímax mas me animei com a inovação q fizeram.
O trio agora n age somente como integrantes hakkesshus mas tbm como senhores elementais e os trajes dizem muito sobre isso.
A única coisa q decepcionou foi o tema, esperei algo estilo butterfly emerges from chrysalis do KOF2002UM mas trouxeram uma versão mais básica e lenta de rhythmic hallucination.
Ansioso pra ver o final deles no jogo.
Será que esse é mesmo o tema oficial deles no KOF XV? Porque não apareceu em nenhum momento do vídeo o nome do tema, que se fosse de fato só um remix apareceria o nome da música + "KOF XV Ver." o que não foi o caso. Eu espero que seja um trilha sonora original, a música nova do time Orochi comum está muito boa, assim como a dos tesouros sagrados, gostaria de ver o que eles fariam como um tema novo! Além disso, sempre terá a clássica no DJ Station pra quem quiser ouvir.

Uma coisa que curti demais nesse trailer do time orochi foram os climax dando enfase total aos poderes elementares dos 3, Yashiro levantando pilares de terra e causando uma mini erupção vulcânica, Shermie materializando raios do céu eo Chris fazendo uma gaiola de fogo. Muito legal mesmo, agora vamos esperar pra ver como os 3 vão se encaixar no meta do jogo.
Só não curti muito o Climax da Shermie. Os outros 2 achei maneiro sim

A desculpa cânone é que o Orochi foi pro saco, a desculpa real é que a engine não aguenta trocar de modelo em gameplay ou cutscene sem ter que fazer um corte abrupto.

Wow estuvo chido ver los movimientos de la versión Orochi de los 3, llegué a creer que Cris iba a sacar a este Orochi en su climax pero estuvo bien su climax, a ver cómo los usan los asiáticos y los de aquí en LATAM.
Habría estado genial, pero igual tiene lógica, considerando que Orochi está sellado actualmente no podría manifestarse en Chris, y pues, su Climax ni está nada mal, ninguno en realidad, aunque el de Shermie me lo esperaba un poquito mejor de lo que se ve.

Eu sempre pensei no Goenitz como "estando na forma orochi". Imagino que o "normal" dele seja menos violento e ainda mais calmo, parecendo uma pessoa bondosa, aquela típica visão de missionários que parecem santos e maa no fundo escondem algum segredo vilanesco.

Can't understand why only Shermie sounds serious this time. Yashiro and Chris seems to maintain their "fake" personalities voice-wise. I was hoping for a curse-driven Yashiro and a quieter Chris.
Talking that aside, I love this trailer, the translation of their old moves was totally awesome!!!!!

I guess Orochi Yashiro is the closest thing we'll get to Daimon in KoFXV for a while. That aside, I'd imagine that they'll be released after KoFXV Top 8 at EVO next week.

Están increíbles, creo que el oculto de Yashiro pudo ser mejor pero es bastante bueno igual.
Por ultimo creo que no soy el único que cuando Chris cruzo los brazos en su oculto (clímax) se convertiría en el mismísimo Orochi.
