Yeah something I don't see people mention is how he developed vocal nodes around the 80's (I think). I think you can distinguish a change in the way he sang, there were probably multiple factors in that but imo he proved he had the vocal range and didn't have to do it in every show. It's just a bit odd to say 'even Freddie didn't do that'... like come on. It's Freddie.
I think he meant their aesthetic hasn’t aged well. I’m sorry but I agree. It reminds me of old rock groupies who still wanna live in the 70/80’s, so they dress like Axel even if they are in their 40/50’s now.

yes yes
So can Chester, except that he can't apparently sound good doing post-grunge.
It still amazes me how talented Post Malone and Harry Styles are. I’m not a fan of Harry’s music since One Direction broke up but you can’t say he isn’t extremely talented. As for Post Malone, I love his music lol
for another part
-Killer Queen covered by 5SOS
-Juice covered by Harry Styles
-Teenage Dirtbag covered by One Direction
-Jump around covered by Twenty One Pilots
-Teenage Dreams covered by Conan Gray

Video content ideas-:
1. Ranking songs named on food items ( the ketchup song, ice-cream, kiwi, cherry, sugar, champagne problems, etc)
2. ranking songs named on diseases or injuries or accidents or disasters etc( I'm not sure if we have got it in a number sufficient for making a video upon it)(like heart attack, Stockholm syndrome etc kinda).
3. or, you can guess a song along side a competitor by playing it on reverse and then gradually make it harder by increasing the speed on reverse by a certain percentage and every time you guess it wrong, idk put some punishment there.(I am not quite sure if it's gonna be a bit complicated to play).
4.The name place Animal thing game.( U can add categories like emotions, Time/numbers etc)
You can divide your white board in these four categories and then rank and decided which category has the best songs:-).
Like in name category-: songs named after names.( Olivia, bloody Mary, etc)
In place category-: Carolina ,cornelia street, etc.
Animal category-: animals, who let the dogs out roar etc.
Thing category-: umbrella, chandelier, maps, cardigan, etc.
Emotions category-: emotions, lonely, alone, happy etc.
Time/number category-: a thousand years, a thousand miles, 18, 22, 7 rings, A.M. etc.
5.Guess the song by describing the music video to the other person.
7. Famous artists who are good songwriters but bad/average vocalists vs famous artists who are good vocalists but bad/average songwriters.
6. Singers when they write a song for themselves vs when they write thr song for other artists.
And as you used to be a drummer; these topics might just interest you;
1. Most viewed drumming videos on UA-cam.
2. Singers who can drum vs drummers who can sing.

The Sound of Silence covered by Disturbed is awesome on version, vocal and videoclip.😊
Paul Simon said he preferred Disturbed’s cover and gave permission to him to record the song
I always thought that gun's roses version of "knockin on heaven's door" was the original version

That's okay. When it first came out, a lot of people thought GnR ripped it off from Eric Clapton. Which is better than Dylan's original version.

Halsey&Yungblud - I will follow you into the dark
Disturbed - Sound of Silence
Machine Gun Kelly - Ocean Eyes
Corey Taylor - Wicked Game

Miley Cyrus - Jolene

Ah yes wicked game love that song
After seeing Post Malone perform for the Texas Relief charity event recently i’ve realised how talented he is at changing up his style of singing depending on the style/genre
8:58 That's true, on the other hand, this was the highest note Roger ever did and Freddie did the exact same note in another song...which means he could go as high as Roger, a fact a lot of people don't know.
Brandon Urie's voice makes me melt every time, unbelievable. Man's vocal runs opens legs without fail
True
Joel: "Guns N Roses is cringe"
Joel 15 seconds later: "Hyyhhhyeehyheeey"
I mean they are a great band but axle really hasn't aged well
I think he meant their aesthetic hasn’t aged well. I’m sorry but I agree. It reminds me of old rock groupies who still wanna live in the 70/80’s, so they dress like Axel even if they are in their 40/50’s now.
Billie also covered :
Hotline bling by drake,
Something by the Beatles,
Yesterday by the Beatles,

Bob Dylan's knocking on heaven's door was covered by GnR but they changed some lyrics. One of the best covers in my opinion, both versions are worth listening to.
The Eric Clapton cover is a much better version than GnR.
Didn't gnr just add lyrics rather than changing them??
they changed "long" to "cold" in the second verse and... that's about it. Clapton's was the version that changed a bunch of the lyrics.

If you know anything about what was going on during the making of the album the original The Chain was in by Fleetwood Mac the energy they put into it comes from the feelings the band members were going through during the recording. It was a very chaotic time for them as people and as a band. I'd recommend looking it up. So, it makes sense that Harry's version lacks the energy. He's not going through, or hasn't gone through a similar experience.
