The Akuma's lowered production cost could make it a 'Mech more apt to forming an entire defensive star of the same models, as its standard weaponry loadout presents a fine variation of combos. Variant 2X-C would be my choice to pilot for advantageous gear additions and acceptable replacements.
Ah, the Banzai - the Japanese, er, I mean Kuritan Mauler. With narrower upper torso, making for closer-together shoulder pillars. Are some of the heat sinks placed in those? I think this build's base arsenal is too energy-based for my taste, even with a sword hand. Plus, while it includes an ejection seat that feature's practically dependent upon coordination with the 'treat' of the self-destruct. Its good faith is dependent upon its original success-failure rate.
The Naginata is named and built with a profile befitting its dominant capabilities of the 'Mechs presented here. Its first black-&-white picture looked impressive and ornately decorated enough for an emperor; or at least to parade before an emperor. The C3 makes all the difference in its split role and separately in battle. Which proved it's worth the effort to rig up this chassis to accomodate. This kingly Kuritan BattleMech would probably be my ideal choice of the three. After command-and-support re-training.
A trio of truly sumo or shogun 'Mechs from the Combine. The Akuma looking the sleekest, and probably the smallest, but I prefer the Naginata's bulk. Streamlined or otherwise, thank you once again for another video presenting those faction models still as-of-yet unrecorded, Narrator. Until your next visit to the FASA universe, have a richly informative, healthy and awesome next week.

I love the Akuma, it's a atlas with a higher ballistic mount which is great for peaking hills and cover.
Oh boy the Akuma I always like painting for it's aesthetics and looks I like that one background at 5:27 of the Akuma twisting around the corner firing it's weaponry Like demon, but I love the banzai for it's close quarters combat weapons and speed and anything with a sword with some clan tech would get me signing my paycheck for this bad boy for the draconis combine... Banzai with Glory"😃👍
The Banzai remains one of my favorite creations.
