I love that I found Karl on tiktok randomly, and then found out he was helping train Sean! I've seen Sean grow as a dancer since he was a child from being subscribed to dance channels and choreographers for so many years now. It makes me so happy when I find out people I follow are collabing or know eachother.

After this third episode I actually start to perceive a paradigm change within myself about how to train to achieve a specific move. Like finding kinda similar exercises that reflect the intention of a move but also to be more curious to learn about my muscles and tissue and how to use this knowledge.
