Carob Caramels
1 c shredded coconut
1/2 c carob powder
1 c oat flour
1/2 c honey or sorghum
2 Tbsp tahini or peanut butter
2 Tbsp chopped nuts
Water as needed for consistency to make a stiff dough
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT nuts. Press firmly into greased 8x8 square pan. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Chill before cutting into squares.

Like many people… I have been fascinated by Titus since I saw him on Peter’s channel. This video popped up as a suggested video and it turns out that Titus and I were born on the same day. I also, turned 32 on December 13th. Earlier today, I met a family who had a granddaughter born on the same exact day as my son. Happy belated birthday, Titus. ❤

Titus it’s Lexi again, I’m going to write you this week!!! My son Beau was born on Friday the 13th!!! He is a special boy! We are praying for healing for him he is 5 and is non verbal autistic. He is so smart and I have faith God will heal my son. I love you as my brother in Christ!!!
