The problem with the bts question is its baity. What were they supposed to say they don't like them? No artist will ever publicly admit they don't like another artist. If the interviewer wanted their thoughts on them she could have asked them.
Taka is the only one who answered yes.. lol.. the rest maybe had no idea or were confused. Or even maybe Taka thought bts meant behind the scenes not the kpop band..lol..

I have loved BTS before I met OOR, and now I love them both! No problem with that!👍🏼👌🏼♥️ But it was an awkward question like I wish they didn’t use BTS name, rather maybe Kpop in general or better just not trigger comparison? These 3 guys were in a hiphop group when they were younger. So they surely appreciate other types of music. And if you are a true musician with passion in your craft you would not think of other musicians as of a lesser value. Love these guys♥️☝️👌🏼🤟

Taka has been steadily improving since 2013, since collaboration with Simple Plan. Pretty sure he said it was his turning point when he felt frustrated he couldn't communicate with Simple Plan. Ryota married Avril Lavigne's sister, so has lots of opportunities to practice 🤪 Toru, I feel always understood English, just didn't want to show it, because he's mysterious like that hahah. And I don't know about Tomoya, but he's adorable ❤️

I love the interview, everyone seemed relaxed and comfortable and the questions were a nice change 👏 I gotta say though the BTS question confused me? I mean the game was about being ok with something or not and having members of one group specifically give their opinion on another group seems... Weird to me? If she asked "K-pop" instead that would've been ok, but BTS specifically was kinda uncalled for in my opinion 🤷 I mean you wouldn't ask them about idk Rihanna or anyone else... so that feels like separating BTS from other artists and putting them in the spotlight too much 🤔 huge army here and tbh I personally would've loved to hear their opinion but putting them on the spot like that (esp with army being very protective and them probably knowing that) wasn't a good idea... I mean they cut the sequence before we could see all of their reactions which speaks for itself, so tbh I would've just cut the question out all together 😅 and again I love oor (seeing them in two weeks I'm pumped!😍) and bts and this interview was super entertaining to watch, just that part had me irritated 😅

Taka: Of course. Even though we produce different kinds of music, the music type does not change us. However, we are a rock band and we love rock, so we like to help the fanbase and we want to revive the rock scene. It's like a Bruno Mars thing, he made really pop albums, but it was actually pretty good, and after that, he went back to more of the black music and the funk music, which are pretty old styles but it's so cool. People are going to realise that the entrance into a music scene is very important.
