Robert, you are the best! Thank you for sharing your techniques and knowledge. You are a true magician in the world of art, creating and inspiring with the swop of your hand. It all comes alive with brilliant color, composition, and excitement. To me, this is magic.
You are such a lovely man, it's very rude for the phones to be ringing while you teaching. You were so kind about it, a true gentleman. I loved the pineapple!
Hi Bob, really like your fun and enthusiastic approach to your paintings! You've inspired me to get looser with my own paintings. You're a great teacher and really entertaining/funny to watch! Happy New Year from New Zealand :)
Azadeh Nikou it’s not that important what your $$$ can buy. Why not ask a question that will help you get the painting effect you want. 1. What are the bristles made of? 2. Are the bristles hard or soft? Also you could use a sponge.
Just cheapie art store (Michaels or hobby lobby) brushes that are ‘blends’, nothing expensive. And hardware store brushes. In my opinion watercolor (blends) brushes seem to hold more paint because they’re made to hold water well. And we’re mixing in lots of water. At Michaels I usually buy the ones that have a 2 or a 3 on the price stickers. The brushes with the 1’s are truly cheap and don’t last .. the 2’s & 3’s if they’re washed and they’re not submerged past the feral (metal) will last for years & years. Submerging them past the metal part gets the glues wet that holds the bristols/hairs in causing them to fall out. Happy Arting!!
Blessed are those who attended this riot session of painting with you!! Very uplifting and motivating!!
Thank You !
Absolutely love your enthusiasm - your love of painting shines through in every single video and demo you do!!

You use watercolor paper for acrylics?
You’re using a brush to paint on your negative space. Could you please say what brand and kind it is?

Bob, they cant be 100%pigment. There is binder too.
Can any one tell me what paints he is talking abt which brand ?
Holbein Acrylics is what he uses. They are the most pigmented according to him.
What's the deal with people named Bob being the funniest painters?
Esas dos mujeres a la izquierda, que brujas sin humor!!!!!
