La Jungle - Mons, Belgium (Noise / kraut / trance (instrumental)
While definitely a child of noise rock, La Jungle takes bits-and-bobs from the whole music spectrum and loop them live with the aim to create compulsive and repetitive sequences. Hypnotic, spontaneous and willingly throbbing, sometimes bordering on an endless groove, their music may even include brief oriental doom pulses or metal diversions bang in the middle of some krautrock epic trip.
‘How far is now’ is the cooperation project by four music venues (Mezzanine from Ukraine, Firlej from Poland, Podium Asteriks from the Netherlands, and the Belvedere Namur from Belgium).
It is a digital exchange program aimed to test the differences in venues’ business models, share the experience, learn the opportunities to cooperate in such a long distance between them and work together on the capacity building of staff and its local music community. Along with that, the organizers will support local talents in times of uncertainty and ban of live music events with the series of streams aired in all 4 countries. The project is supported by the European Union.

Vu ce groupe hier soir à Genève, à l'Usine PTR ! Une grosse grosse grosse claque ! De l'énergie à l'état pur ! Un set radical, sauvage, jouissif, l'humour en plus ! Bravo messieurs ! Une fois de plus, le Plat Pays n'a jamais aussi mal porté son nom : quel relief ! Comme d'hab, la Belgique nous montre ce qu'elle a de meilleur (je précise que je n'ai pas l'honneur d'être Belge...mais simple Français ☺). Bonne continuation à vous...mais prenez soin de vos oreilles car j'ai quelque inquiétude pour votre ouïe... !
