This is a build meant for the person who has the Patience, the Spare Parts, the Time, the Money, and above all the ability to improvise when needed. Awesome job MEDIC.
That build is a true beast. All thats missing is a scale military trailer and a M1 abrams tank . Good job, your the reason im getting back into RC'n again
Wow and wow again! This truck is flippin' HUGE!! Looks totally awesome. Can't wait for the next episode, I want to see it with the wheels on. Good work Medic! :-)
This is by far my favorite build series yet. I cant wait for the next episode. The capo 8x8 looks sooooo awesome. I'm not big into scale rc , however I would kill for one of those.
its almost done cant wait for a running video. your the man DJ Medic. i'm a fan of yours. i'm watching all your great videos. keep up making great & fun video. good job DJ Medic. =)
Awesome build. Love the splash of red. I will never be able to afford one at 4 grand on ebay. But great to see this specimen of Scale rig. Great job on the build. Look forward to the final product.
When you worked on the back side of the work table when you were placing the flat bed, we were able to get a get image of its size. Length of your fore arm compared to the truck yeah! Awesome build video's
"And another one bites the dust" Lets just hope the screws don't fall like the song continues. "and another one down, another one down, onother one... Damn, out of screws!"
Awesome! Really like the Capo! You are doing an amazing job! Im enjoying your videos a lot. And Im a fan of the big trucks with more axles. Wish you lot of luck on building this truck and lot of fun driving it.
I am not into rc like you are medic. But seeing your videos and especially this build has got me researching for a car of my own. This capo is way out of my league but it is amazing.
that is a sweet looking truck dude. I could imagine the flatbed portion having a winch on the end closest to the cab for winching on vehicles to tie down, even without one it would still be insanely awesome for it to haul another RC truck on the bed :D
Nice project u got there of the capo, always like your videos of building or other videos, can't wait until the next of yours for the rest of the capo build.
...wow! I'm excited just to watch the assembly. I always loved tatras, it must look really great when fnished. And I have to say, all those screws give an awesome touch and details to the truck. Can't wait for the next video!! Thanks for sharing! =)
wow i took a break from the rc hobby since you were in the middle of the loisi 5 1/5 scale and i just came back and your working on this incredible 18 wheeler.
These Drive shafts look like the Top CAD drive shafts. The Top CAD have the same Rubber cover. In each joint (by the top CAD) is a little Set screw make sure you loctide them. They love to get lost. Besides this little issue never had any Problems with the topCad driveshafts Keep up the great work
yes this thing is going to be awesome cant wait to see it run and when i finish my wraith emaxx build the troops and i are going to make a trip to cow town and hopefully we can test over kills mudding capabilities vs a wraith with a mamba monster power plant with 40 series mudslingers its going to be epic almost as cool as yours. ps thank you dj junior for the idea
Funny thing, I am sitting in the hospital while my wife is starting to go into labor with our second child. She asked me why I was watching this and I told her that Jem was preggo too. It was justified at that moment.
This thing is awesome!, on the cab it kinda seems like the rear Windows of the cab should be mounted from the inside of the cab though to keep the back of the cab smooth but what do I know.lol...great work!
Awesome video....watched the full video...very impressed ...I wanted to see the engine running so please upload new video ASAP ...huge request from a huge fan from India
Geezzzz.... That RC is massive! I know this is a kit geared towards an expert builder, but are you going to provide feedback to Cappa to make the instructions easier to understand (the steering linkage and screw bags not labeled).
as always great video the funny ting is the closer it get to being done the more I cant wait for it but yet I so look forward to these build videos it make me think what can he do to top this and I have to tell you its going to take a heck of a build to beat this one have a great day I'm off to run my lil scx up at the lake peace
Awesome looking truck will be interesting to see how the capo motor handles the weight of the truck. Though it does look like its going to be a pain the butt to fix if something breaks.
Awesome build medic... i guess i have to wait to see those wheels.... but already it looks amazing... and yes, just like cooneyv8, i think that the shaft have to go to the other way greetings
The dryshift problem could easily be solved with a microcontroller I reckon. Arduino nano's are easy to work with, cheap as one example. Connect one to your radio in place of the servo (some could possible even be powered from the same socket the servo connects to). Connect servo to arduino. Use some sort of sensor to detect if the vehicle is in movement or not (hall effect encoders on axles perhaps) and then prevent shifting until opportune moment

There are no words to describe it. Simply, is the best of all rc vehicles you have. Congratulations
Amazing Medic! Thanks for all your hard work, and congrats on being a dad!
This is an RC that "Tim the Tool Man Taylor" would be proud of. Great job Medic, keep up the good work!
Medic has anyone ever told you that YOU ARE A BRILLIANT MAN!
The designers of this thing were having a really, REALLY good day when it came together in their heads.
WOW! Said on every comment on this build but still it fits. This thing is incredible. Cant wait for the run vid
Omg this is the greatest scale truck I ever seen!! Thanks medic!
I love it. It's like model cars where you have to glue together and everything, but much more mechanical and has so much more of a payoff when done.
That is a big Rig.And good job explaining everything and showing us step by step.
Probably THE coolest build ever.
Man after this epic build is done, you need to do a collection update. So much new stuff in the studio!
Wow and wow again! This truck is flippin' HUGE!! Looks totally awesome.
Can't wait for the next episode, I want to see it with the wheels on.
Good work Medic! :-)
What a beautiful work of art. Speechless. Great video
That red fuel tubing was a really nice touch!
Thank you for building this monster for us!
this must be one of the most impressive land-based RC projects in the whole of UA-cam
I'm still amazed how awesome this build is...
This is by far my favorite build series yet. I cant wait for the next episode. The capo 8x8 looks sooooo awesome. I'm not big into scale rc , however I would kill for one of those.
Wow as you were building it i could start to realize how big this beast actually is... Good job medic .looking forward to this being finished.
Soooo many "that's what she said" joke just wasted. Awesome truck Medic! Can't wait to see it up and running

that was great! can't wait till its done. that thing is going to rule !
Can't wait to see this on the trails.
When you worked on the back side of the work table when you were placing the flat bed, we were able to get a get image of its size. Length of your fore arm compared to the truck yeah! Awesome build video's
I dont understand how so much care and attention to detail has gone into making this model and how little in the packaging and instructions.
"And another one bites the dust"
Lets just hope the screws don't fall like the song continues.
"and another one down, another one down, onother one... Damn, out of screws!"
Look'n very awesome, thumb's up on the red highlighted area's! I'm look'n 4ward 2 seeing more on this insane monster!
That is coming together!!! It looks sweet!!!!!!
Awesome! Really like the Capo! You are doing an amazing job! Im enjoying your videos a lot. And Im a fan of the big trucks with more axles. Wish you lot of luck on building this truck and lot of fun driving it.
That is one sweet ass looking truck can't wait till it's all done
I am not into rc like you are medic. But seeing your videos and especially this build has got me researching for a car of my own. This capo is way out of my league but it is amazing.

Great episode medic. Love the "timelapse" style build. Awesome work!
Awesome Truck, Awesome Job again.
I find it hard that Medic was able to say "go to the tip and roll it all the way down the shaft" without adding "haha, that's what she said!"
It is just one word to describe it: AWESOME! Keep up the grat work.
PS: Put Overkill or another truck next to it so we can see the size.
a new chanel is born ...medic sings while building rcs :P
@djmedic2008
That is unbeliveble built. Great tutorial and amazing machine. Hope to see more of it soon. Greetings from Scotland.

The amount of inuendo when talking about the drive shaft is great. I couldn't stop saying that's what she said. lol
