Sooty Oyster Catcher, Haematopus fuliginosus, Bribie Island National Park, Queensland, Australia

This is the only sighting that I have had of a Sooty Oystercatcher. It was on the surf beach at the very northern end of Bribie Island, in the National Park.
I have heard of sightings at Caloundra Beach just a little further north of here. This sighting was early 2022 from beach access.
