A.I. Madness I regularly try several, whether with images, videos, music. Some are interesting, even brilliant, others are downright idiotic. From my own judgment they're money grabber.
I haven't found a single one of CyberLink's AI features to be worthwhile. Many of those features can be found on other web sites offering the same service online for free. And the result is usually much more satisfactory. I don't think I gave the AI Trim by Speech feature a fair quick review. I'm not exactly sure of what types of speech files it should be used on. For example, my sample file was a well rehearsed dialog with only intentional pauses which it unfortunately removed. Perhaps if I had a dialog that had a large pause or two in it where I was fumbling around, looking through papers or whatever, then I could use it to deselect all the pauses except where those unplanned pauses occur. But that's my point...that effort would take forever to do all the "unselecting" of the pauses to be kept. I could do the same editing in just seconds if I did it manually and there would be no cost in credits. I'm still trying to imagine just what the real purpose of this feature is good for. Someone give me an example.

That AI sounds horrible. I agree with you, much easier to edit your own voice and much more accurate.

I so much want to do a dedicated video about that AI but I can't think of an example that it would be of any good.
