Yeah. As soon as I saw the "couldn't see the traffic light because of the sun" I noticed that the sun was at about noon. So, unless the traffic light was directly above, the rider should have been able to see it.

I dont see enough people talking about the abuse video at 10:00 . I Think he dealt with the situation properly. The man was obviously showing aggression by assaulting a woman. A valid response is to holler/yell at him to stop, in this case it did. But since he was still filled with agression, he was walking towards the biker. Unsure if armed or not, biker pulled concealed weapon in reponse, with VERY GOOD CONTROL, He was also nervous due to having his FEMALE daughter with him. I fully respect this riders decision, and I stand by it.
I agree. His own footage shows him blowing a stop sign, so that gave the cop a reason to pull him over, but unless the bike was still running and he was a flight risk, then the cop’s actions are a bit over the top.

@@jacobwalker7480 Correct, but from what the video shows, I'll say it's excessive force. Doesn't excuse the fact that the biker goes on his own property and a cop pulls in and rips the guy/girl off the bike and damages both the person and the bike. Could have pulled in and told them to get off the bike or run up and pulled the key or grabbed hold and given orders like you'd see in 99% of other videos that cops does. As a motorcyclist of 6 decades, I have survived a multitude of near misses/lucky escapes, but none more scary than road rage. My ex-wife's alcoholic boyfriend took exception to me being on the road and decided to chase me with his bullbar up the highway. I mistakenly thought I would be able to outrun him. After some 8 or 9 km at full throttle and speeds of 180-190kmh with 2.5 tons of 4x4 inches from my back wheel, I managed to escape with the help of oncoming traffic to ride another day. With a shortage of police in rural south Australia, he avoided prosecution for attempted murder, or even a visit by police to explain himself! He continues to hold a driving licence and keep a job that requires him to drive. He should be in jail, but Sapol (south Australian police) employs lazy holidaying ex military international (English) officers who are only interested in their lifestyle in Australia, not doing their job. Be safe out there. Happy trails
It would depend on what led up to it. If it was just stunting, then it was definitely excessive force, but if he tried to pull the bike over and the guy fled, you can justify a higher level of force because it becomes a high risk stop (those who flee are more likely to be dangerous, such as criminals with warrants who don’t want to get arrested or anti-government types - I’m not sure that should apply to motorcycles, though, because I think motorcyclists who flee usually just believe that they can outrun police and don’t want a ticket)
The first guy didn't crash because he used his front brake in a corner, he crashed because he didn't properly apply his front brake in a corner. You can brake right up and beyond the apex of every corner. If you can't, you're doing it wrong.
You dont brake in a corner, wether its a bike or a car. You brake before and roll into the corner or give a little bit of throttle and glide through it
@@FernandoNguyen-t8e no, not really. The apex is not the end of the corner, and there is no point in braking after the apex. You brake in a straight line, then you start turning. Not right before or right after the apex

The guy with the new bike could probably have made that bend, but was too scared to lean the bike far enough. I've done that myself, but managed to make thew bend. It gets really scary at high speed when the gyroscopic effect of the front wheel means you have to put a lot of input into the bars. Been in that situation as well.
I believe it was acceleration causing front to fly out to the right, from under him. Even if you know you are the only man left alive on this earth - for some reason - when driving anything .. keep doing it in the appropriate line / side of the road . (ruled by your country's laws)
I highly doubt it. I suspect it has more to do with whatever part of the video we didn’t see - he’s passing the guy in the van, but then when he gets into a confrontation, the van is parked and he rides up to it. Did he double back to confront the guy? And when the guy in the car punches him, the guy says he’s sick of it - dude on the bike pissed off both of them. Doing what? The biker slap part is a strange situation the truck driver has a right to go tell the guy off but to fight him is ridiculous anyway the biker said he couldn’t of seen the light but his visor is designed to stop the sun his fault to start of with and controversially the truck driver after
Yeah. As soon as I saw the "couldn't see the traffic light because of the sun" I noticed that the sun was at about noon. So, unless the traffic light was directly above, the rider should have been able to see it.
True but he did instantly apologize and the truck driver had the audacity to hit him

The guy in the first clip crashed into the straightest curve I've ever seen
3:30 bro got beat up while playing lucid dreams🤣
So i bet there is more to the stunt riders video than him casually riding home.
I agree. His own footage shows him blowing a stop sign, so that gave the cop a reason to pull him over, but unless the bike was still running and he was a flight risk, then the cop’s actions are a bit over the top.
It's great not having blurred footage. Many thanks. Subscribed

@5:25 cops excessive force. Way too excessive. But within full right to arrest on property.. But what he did possibly hurt the guy and damaged the bike.. definite law suit from here ..
Really depends on what led up to it. Id like to see the full video before deciding. There are a lot of people who only show part of what happened.
That's my base on saying excessive force.
@@Pepsiable again, it depends on what led up to this. depending on what did happen, its not excessive at all, and perfectly justified. Do you not have comprehension skills, bc if im going to have to repeat this again, lets not waste either of our time and just dont reply.

Sounds like a perfect scenario for a night op....
1:42 He was single by the end of the day
THE HUMPTY DUMPTY PICTURE FINISHED ME OFF LMAO
On time 5:31, could the officer be charged with excessive force/ elevating the situation or no?
It would depend on what led up to it. If it was just stunting, then it was definitely excessive force, but if he tried to pull the bike over and the guy fled, you can justify a higher level of force because it becomes a high risk stop (those who flee are more likely to be dangerous, such as criminals with warrants who don’t want to get arrested or anti-government types - I’m not sure that should apply to motorcycles, though, because I think motorcyclists who flee usually just believe that they can outrun police and don’t want a ticket)
Why is it bikers alone are scared little boys but in a group they all of a sudden feel tough?
3:15. his 120lb friend coming to the aid 🤣🤣

@@xXJLNINJAXx yes
@@FernandoNguyen-t8e no, not really. The apex is not the end of the corner, and there is no point in braking after the apex. You brake in a straight line, then you start turning. Not right before or right after the apex

The video of excessive force by the officer is why good officers are not safe anymore. They choose to back the actions of officers like this so they are pooled in with all of the hated officers who people feel no remorse for.
tbf it is not shown what lead to this situation, the biker could have done a number of things beforehand. the biker also sighed audibly when he got of the road... sounded to me that he thought that he ditched the police succesfully
dad of the year award right there
No he let his daughter in danger that guys could have had a gun and retaliated he should have minded his business or just called the cops that’s an idiot right there
Cop at 5:15 is a muppet

The guy with the new bike could probably have made that bend, but was too scared to lean the bike far enough. I've done that myself, but managed to make thew bend. It gets really scary at high speed when the gyroscopic effect of the front wheel means you have to put a lot of input into the bars. Been in that situation as well.
11:40 Cuz he braked while turning
I believe it was acceleration causing front to fly out to the right, from under him. Also, that's a shitty posture angle to have begun the turn at that speed. 😂 "The bikes like I thought we're going that way!?" Front tires adhesion has left chat. 😅 Notice how it was instant, the transition to the ground?
Back in 2008, I bought GSXR 1000. It was race ready, all kinds of cool stuff I had no idea about. A had been riding only a few times a few of the guys in my unit got some so I had to too. The man at the petrol station who didn’t even hesitate to stick up for his mate. What a fucking guy!
13:41 so assault is legal because he passed someone???
Exactly, the judge was not thinking that day.
Doing what? Answer that question and you’ll probably get the answers to why charges didn’t go anywhere.
