Exit is arguably more important than entry...you highlight this well. One could study with random entries long/short, and simply manage the exit. If your exit strategy can overcome the disposition effect, you may be on to something.

For day trading you have to adjust the settings, depending on the volatility and the market traded.
So can I use the midline in dc as an buy or sell signal with closing the price above and below it ? That was interesting.

One of the most exciting indicators I have seen. But what inputs should we use on Chandalier in Cryptocurrency Markets?? Since open market days are different from stocks and there are more volatility?
Play with its settings, increase its coefficient to make the indicator smoother and backtest to see which settings offer dynamic support/resistance.

I find that there is a kind of pull-up, for example, when KD is around 80 in one hour cycle, when it is pushed slowly, the short line of chandelier is above in three minute cycle, and the long stop loss is below instead, and the stock price breaks through the short and continues to make a long, but if Kd value is below 80, the short line suddenly rises, and the stock price cannot keep up with it, but it is short, which has little to do with Kd value at that time.
In addition, in accordance with your trend line, I feel invincible. I haven't been able to apply it very well. I have mental problems. Thank you

On 5 min charts you will have a hard time with most indicators.

TOS has only Donchian. Go to 'Edit Studies'. Then Click on 'Strategies'. Select 'Donchian' in menu.
