As a Peruvian who hasn’t been to Peru in a decade it makes me happy that Peru gets representation and can’t wait to play the game next year something about getting recognized in a game as tekken makes you appreciate your country more ❤🇵🇪

Love seeing this reaction from fighting game characters. I never really got the representation stuff, but it does feel nice to see more diversity in games. So many unique cultures around the world to draw from.

namco did a very good job of mixing the andean flutes with a dance flow energy vibe .. having seen anything like that since the old days of street fighter 2 soundtracks..in the 90s azucena is a fusion of dee jay.from super street fighter 2 and sakura SFII alpha.. maybe thats why they call it perfect blend on her intro
Maybe an Aboriginal Australian character in Tekken. The multi national nature of the characters made me think. Or a Samoan, Maori or Tongan character, that would be cool.

I'm glad azucena, while technically a comic relief character thats just there a little bit like asuka and lili and stuff, is actually a fun and charismatic character. God those newcomers in tekken 7 were a fucking disaster
she is not a comical character. she is more of an extrovert. which is a happy character all the time and cheerfull. and likes a party all the time. thats why the dancing is part of her theme extroverts are like that
