Some of the best food I've had has been in Scotland! My first taste of Fish Chowder was on a January lunchtime at Eat Mhor Fish in Callander, amazing, the chef very kindly gave me the recipe!
I cheered when you said 10. Love it.
That has to be amazing. Makes me want to drive to Edinburgh to try it out. Great review as usual.
You can’t go wrong with a proper beef sandwich but that looks next level proper bit of scran in a French stick

The Place Is Packed!
It's usually fairly rammed at peak times, lots of offices nearby and it's not exactly off the beaten track so gets a lot of tourist trade. Given how cold it was I'm guessing it's not peak tourist time and he may well have gone fairly early to avoid the lunch time rush. Also, I think he packed quite a few reviews in to his Edinburgh trip, so maybe this was his first of the day.

Go to Boston. You'll love the food scene. The Itaian food in the North End is to die for. All the food styles and offerings within 30 miles of the City are fantastic and worth the trip. Tremendous City to visit.

You need to go to the hawker markers in Singapore for an international trip next. Some of the street food stalls that sell one thing have Michelin stars!

Not if he's having healthy breakfasts like fermented cabbage: kimchi, fermented tofu: miso, anything fermented will help your gut !
Anti oxidants too, they're re great for reducing oxidative stress in the cells so berries in the morning and at night or supplements instead
Yoga, water: stay hydrated..

No, it's slow cooked beef rib. Completely different from a steak. If your steaks fall apart when you pull at them then you're doing something very wrong.

Could be a combination of time of year and time of day. I live in Edinburgh and the street food market is usually rammed during lunch time, both with tourists and workers from nearby offices.
The whole place is empty. Maybe they have gone in before opening time?

@LurkerDood FRC never do a review in a packed place. It looks as if they went in before the place opened. None of the other places had anybody in either.
