I am here once more🤗 I am teaching my niece how to make cheese cakes, and I’m using your videos. We’ll be making this on thanksgiving. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but, make this cheesecake. You will not regret it. It is soooo delicious
I love cheese cake, and this recipe is so so perfect. I'll make it. Thank you Tatyana. You're the best. Love you. By the way, Your nails are gorgeous!!!!
Omg...you are torturing my soul...lol......oooh yeah..christmas baking just got amped up way up..seriously cheesecake and applepie...ha!...I'm done in..thanks 💘
I made this for Christmas yesterday. OMG! Move over strawberry cheesecake and usher in this creamy delicious caramel apple pie cheesecake😋😋 It was sooo good. I wish you could see it. Thank you for this awesome cheesecake. Last year I made your cranberry cheesecake which was so good, but this one is the bomb.com 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿 Thank you so much for this recipe 🤗 Happy holidays🤗
Cheesecake looks really good and I’m not a fan of apples but I would be willing to try to make. I’m interested in knowing how this comes out. I see you did not use flour/cornstarch or sour cream. Very interesting… THANK YOU for sharing!!!!
Hello Tatiyana, always perfect in everything you make. Thank you for this wonderful recipe. Can we 1/2 the recipe and will cream cheese and mascarpone work instead. Xx
OMG this cake looks amazing! I have your cake book and have baked some of your recipe from the book, they're amazing!😋 Looking forward to your next book! Ohh if you could write down this recipe in grams would be great!
This looks delicious, and with all of my favourite flavours. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I've seen your KA copper mixer at Williams-Sonoma and I'm wondering if you recommend it. Have you had any issues or troubles? Anything you don't like about it? I like the stainless steel tools, and it is so quiet. Thanks very much, and I can't wait to make this cheesecake.
Thanks so much 😊 I absolutely love the mixer! It's very powerful and so pretty! The only downside, which might not be a problem for everyone, is that the bowl is very large (7qt), making it hard to mix smaller quantities.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood Thank you very much. I'm glad I've discovered your channel. You have lots of interesting recipes, and you present things very clearly and professionally. Have a good weekend!
You should try a Cheesecake Moat. They're a bit expensive but worth it. With a Cheesecake Moat, you don't have to fool around with a water bath. If you make a lot of cheesecakes, it's worth the expense.
Hi Jody! I personally have never made this into cupcakes so I'm not sure about baking time. That will depend on the size of your cupcakes. I would recommend the same baking temperature of 325f.
+Amanda Rutz -- Haha, I was going to ask the same question because I've never had good luck using ricotta cheese (maybe it was the brand I used?). But I already knew about the "sour cream swap" and was debating which way I was going to go. Thanks for OFFICIALLY asking, though. 😊
Could you make smaller cake resepies too. I would love to bake more but me and my husband can not eat cakes that big and usually if he have a dinner guests its max 4 people. I would make only a half of the cake patter but I never know how long to bake etc
I have the same problem! I don't eat too much dessert and my husband doesn't eat sweets at all! I end up giving the cakes to my neighbors and family. With cheesecakes, you can try cutting the recipe in half and using a 6-inch spring form pan, cutting the baking time in half. Bake it just until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
About an hour. I don't recommend keeping out the cheesecake for longer. You can keep it separate, in the pastry bag, and in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve :)
It looks wonderful. However, dulce de leche is not the same thing as caramel. Caramel sauce is sugar and cream. Dulce de leche is sweetened milk that is slowly cooked (for hours) until it turns golden in color and has a thick consistency.

Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out to me! I would sell it to you but it's broken :(( That's why I had to buy a new one! The old one stopped turning on! I had that one for about 8 years!
@@TatyanasEverydayFood -- I didn't take the time to translate the original post, but if your response is about your old _mixer_ then my advice is to sell it on eBay. Believe it or not, there are a ton of people who know how to fix such things and love getting a bargain (since it's broken and all). Heck, there are YT channels dedicated to picking up old, rusted, non-working items and they film themselves fixing them -- almost better than new. Plus it saves your old friend from the dump! 😊 Take care!
Omg Tatyana ❤ any flavour i think of n search ur the first i could get 😊 ...love this .. gonna make this today
Have fun baking and enjoy! :) This one is soo good with the apple topping!

I’m back again lol. I want to make these into cup cakes. How long should I bake them for? And at what temp?
Hi Jody! I personally have never made this into cupcakes so I'm not sure about baking time. That will depend on the size of your cupcakes. I would recommend the same baking temperature of 325f.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood ok, thank you. I’ll figure it out and let you know how they turn out
What can use to substitute the ricotta cheese?
Hi! You can simply add an extra package of cream cheese, so that will be four, 8-ounce packages total. Enjoy!
Do you have to add the ricotta cheese into the cheesecake or can I omit it?
You can replace the ricotta with sour cream for a more traditional, New York style cheesecake. The ricotta makes the cheesecake extra fluffy! :)
+Amanda Rutz -- Haha, I was going to ask the same question because I've never had good luck using ricotta cheese (maybe it was the brand I used?). But I already knew about the "sour cream swap" and was debating which way I was going to go. Thanks for OFFICIALLY asking, though. 😊
Do we have to add ricotta cheese? I’ve never added that to my cheesecakes when I make them.
No, you can add more cream cheese instead. The ricotta will make the cheesecake texture more fluffy
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩 yummylicious. Ur pies, cakes, sweets always look so beautiful.

How long does the whipped cream last on the cake without melting?
About an hour. I don't recommend keeping out the cheesecake for longer. You can keep it separate, in the pastry bag, and in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve :)
@@TatyanasEverydayFood thank you so much!!
Damn I I know this tastes amazing 😋
😋😋😋tfs. God bless in Jesus name
Is there a substitute for the ricotta ?
Yes, you can replace it with additional cream cheese. Enjoy!
Delicious. Have you ever baked two 9inch cheesecakes at the same time???
Thank you! :) I have not; are you wondering if they will bake evenly?
TatyanasEverydayFood yes I am I have a couple orders that I refuse to take all day on lol
Did you ever get those people to step using your videos in that other country
Nope! :( Unfortunately, never got a response! Just have to keep going! :) Thank you for asking!
Hi Tatyana I love your videos. You must love ( doolce da leche)
So glad you enjoy my videos!
It looks wonderful. However, dulce de leche is not the same thing as caramel. Caramel sauce is sugar and cream. Dulce de leche is sweetened milk that is slowly cooked (for hours) until it turns golden in color and has a thick consistency.
Thank you! :) Not the same thing but caramel sauce will work in place of the dulce de leche for this recipe :)
Looks absolutely delicious 😋 Also it’s pronounced Doolse de leche, not dolche.
You are gorgeous like ur cheeeze cake
Haha, thank you!
