    Great teacher! I'm watching here and through the course. Anyone who wants to fight right should take time to learn from this man. That's the great thing about UA-cam is if you have the capability to learn a lot from people of your choosing. This choice being a good one. His online courses have got great psychological tips that are essential in dealing with real world aggression. I know it's accurate because as he explains the mental process I can literally travel back to those moments and relate. -Steve Carlson

    Just found your channel, enjoying the content, new subscriber👍👍. I used to live in Delden, and work in Amelo as a US Expat when I was with Texas Instruments. On the weekends, I would go to my best friends apartment in Amsterdam. Some of the best times of my life. I was young, mid 20's, and the Dutch people took such good care of me. The best people in the world. I loved it so much. They offered me full employment, I should have taken it. Anyway, memory lane a little bit, thanks for that opportunity. If I ever get back there I would love to come and train, looks excellent!

      I've been watching your videos for about 2 years now, it's effective and the best out there. We don't fight for ego, only here to assist and protect where necessary. I have the greatest respect for you and how you relay the message and teachings across to you. I have been teaching little kids and woman as best as I possibly can from what you've taught me. I live in South Africa in the harden route and there are many people that have a desire to learn and apply when and if necessary. Thank you again!

    When you hit to the head with a closed fist,good chance your going to break a hand.Seen it many times,and done it my self.Better to eye flick.Wont knock him out,but will incapacitate him.

      hard to break a hand with a hammer fist

    • @sacredsounds4234
      @sacredsounds4234 2 роки тому

      @@edstringer1138 the first strikes are straight punches,he doesn't mention hammer fist until 2 minutes into the video.Besides 99% of the punches thrown in a boxing stance will be a straight right hand,no hammer fist.Also you won't be knocking many people out with a hammer fist to the top of the head.Not an easy angle to hit someone in the jaw with a hammer fist.Not saying it can't be done,but an eye flick will definitely slow down someone a lot more than any type of punch,unless you do knock them out but then again easy to end up with nuts and bolts in your hand.

    one point - this is all great, but I have glasses. The moment I loose them due to a punch I'm lost 😭

    • @stevenscott2136
      @stevenscott2136 2 роки тому

      Can you see the shape of a man a few feet away? That's all these techniques really need.
      You might try doing as much without glasses as you can, or have weaker glasses made and use those -- see if your ability to tell what you're looking at improves. It worked fairly well for me -- I currently use glasses about 1.5 diopters weaker than what I had in 1992... not bad for a man who's been doing close-up work for forty years.
