So if you want more Officers on the fields when defending prolly want at least 50 to 60k to get about 8 Officers out there on defense. Yea its stil working for you cause Sun Ce can come and save the day but you have had a couple close calls in ones with out Sun Ce. And you are Bleeding gold letting the Ai choose everything for battles and having such a Stack of officers at one place almost minus 4k each parliment. Oh look another Useless coalition prolly. I think once you take Liu Bei is when you will get attacked more.
