I agree with this build, and it is a nice addition to the game. I would only suggest if you want to go full on health support, I would switch out the lightened mast furniture piece with the Double-planked Hull furniture piece for the additional 5% hull Health for increased passive healing.
bad choice for a major. the much amount you heal they will never get that low. try a scoping station. 320 meters out and than drop bombs on em. that si a 100% more
