    I actually just bought one using your code, hopefully it arrives soon haha. Do you have any tips for increasing the heat intensity experience?
    Maybe like wearing extra layers or something? A hat, etc

      It’s my pleasure!
      I love sharing this modality with others.
      Sure, I would avoid taking out your arms during the session, wear extra thick sweatpants, socks, etc.
      Hear it at 8 or 9 then dial it down to 7/8 when you are inside. I’ve never done this personally, but a friend of mine wears thin wool gloves for the first half of their session. The last thing is to do a workout before, which is what I do often especially if I workout after 6 PM.

      @@david.delgado I guess my last question is have you tried most of this before, and has that combination made the experience as intense as a dry sauna around 176 degrees?

      @@N22883 I’ve tried everything except gloves. I do the post workout sauna very often. Hmm..hard to say for sure, but I would say it’s quite close to a dry sauna at 176.

    thanks for your review. Have you tried Sauna Tent or box comparing with sauna blankets? if space is not the problem at home. Are tents better because your body won't touch the material, etc.

    • @david.delgado
      @david.delgado  Рік тому

      Yes I’ve tried and have the Therassage360. I would opt for the tent or something like sunlighten. Therassage is a very intentional company that deeply cares about making healing products. I met the founder at a conference a few months back.
      I’m going to publish a review of the Therassage360 soon.

    Do you think this would be beneficial for a Kapha? I travel for work and think I want to purchase the sauna and the go mat due to the portability. I often have trouble sleeping and my nervous system gets all out of wack when I’m traveling. If I have a bathtub in my hotel room this helps a lot, but majority of hotels have no bathtub. Thanks for the informative video. I saw your video yesterday and am glad you updated it with the new version:)

      Sauna is great for any Vata imbalances (which all body types can have). The nervous system is the primary system of the body that corresponds with the Vata dosha, so yes it would benefit you.
      I’ll release a video on the PEMF mat too, but overall, I still see myself using the sauna blanket more. You won’t regret getting one.
      Thanks for the kind words. It’s great to know it had a positive impact.

    Thank you David! I just purchased it and used your discount code! I was leaning towards the Therasage 360 and saw your response to a comment about it. If I had a higher budget I would've chosen Therasage 360. Since this will be my first portable sauna I'll try Higher Dose first. What do you think? How often do you use these portable saunas?

    • @david.delgado
      @david.delgado  Рік тому +1

      Of course, it’s my pleasure.
      I really enjoy them both so even if you get the Therassage 360 later, you will use the higher dose. I use the Therassage 360 2-3 times a week and higher dose 1-2. I love the higher dose for when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to set up the higher dose. I also enjoy the experience laying down for sauna since I can almost fall asleep while listening to sound baths, which I can’t do in the Therassage 360. I’ll release a review on it soon, but I’ve been getting acclimated to it and want to make sure I have enough experience to say something meaningful. I’m excited for you!

    Hello! Thank you for your help, so do you recommend PEMF rather than the sauna blanket? Is it more beneficial? I'm confused and don't know whish one to choose. Thank you.

    • @david.delgado
      @david.delgado  2 місяці тому +1

      Tough. I would say if you suffer from chronic pain, PEMF might be better.
      If you are looking to improve cardiovascular health and feel immediate stress relief. I find sauna works better for me. My favorite currently is the Therassage 360 sauna tent. It has sauna and red light therapy. I still use the higher dose, but I prefer the Therassage. Hope this helps. For most people, I feel sauna offers a wider range of benefits and is a proven lifelong practice. PEMF is not something I see myself regularly long term because hopefully, I don’t need it. However, I’ll be hopping into a sauna a few times a week as long as I can. I’ll review the PEMF go mat soon.

    "Even if you don't break a sweat with this blanket, then you'll still benefit", do you mean there are people that don't sweat with this blanket on high, even?

    • @david.delgado
      @david.delgado  10 місяців тому

      It's rare, but those with chronic fatigue or adrenal issues tend to have a low body temperature. When your adrenals are worn out, you tend to sweat less. I would say most people will definitely sweat with this sauna on high. It's quite hot.
