Hello Joy, when I am cooking any type of greens and vegatables, I sautee onions, garlic, then add my greens, add salt, black pepper, and all purpose seasoning before adding my cooked meat or fish and combine it all together.
Joy you're glowing with the pregnancy. Bon appetite T&J! Tom is so good with the Kenyan veggie pronunciations ❤ Praying for our daughters to get well soon 🙏

You can cook it with beef, fish or silver fish(mukena). You start boil the meat , then you cook your leaves separate then later on you are frying your meat you pour the leave boil in a separate pan and mix them together then leave it to steam for 30mins and will ready to eat , you can eat well with posha maize flour ugali is the best or millet flourand if you want to cook with fish you first boil your fish then remove or pour the soup in the pot you are cooking with and sort the bones out put the green in the soup and add the sorted fish in and mix together and eat as well with silver fish

Chicken pox builds kids immunity. And its good they have it when still babies. When you have it in adulthood...my ftiend , that thing is hell and terrible. Quick recovery to Amalia
I dnt think it's the 1st time Yom eat Kenyan Quicine. He's been eating Kenyan food all along, Mandazi n the small Grey dry fish that you normally cook. Pls check your accuracy .
After chicken pox you will not get it again due to its antibodies but you may get Shingles. I have had them both. My shingles was just a few smal spots on an area of thev body but it was soooo painful, so much nerve pain, I was prescribed 3 differnt drugs fòr it. Baking soda/ bicarbonate of soda is great for chicken pox. It dries up the the pox in no time, which greatly eases the pain and itching. My kids at 4mths and and 14mths along with me all at the same time had the pox. Baking Soda was a game changer. I dissove a good bit in a water, not too much water in the babies bath tub and kept pouring that water over and over the body including the head, avoid the eyes, it will sting. For the face use a cotton ball and pass it over the spots. I did that at least 3 times a day and after a couple of days I realised the pox were drying out forming a scab. After the soda bath allow the body to air dry, skin will appear white but that's ok. Calamine lotion don't work, Baking soda is way more effective.
yes, Joy & Tom, you just let your children to get chicken pox when they still young ... dont worry about them got it ... but to compare when they are big, its much painful. if they have it when they are small like Annabell & Amalia ... its ok. also, when they hv it, pls let all the 'çhicken pox' come out ... dont worry about it
