    What you are saying makes no sense!
    8:25 "The building will be ready earlier therefore it's cheaper" - if it's ready for use earlier it should be more expensive!
    That's what happens when the market is full of people looking to make a quick buck. Its very likely that the second the owner gets the keys he will loose 30% of his purchase value because Dubai is in a crazy bubble where ready apartments are cheaper than offplan.
