I have an in-depth guide to candies coming this week. Stay tuned!
Honestly, I think retries in Classic is hype because if you get into a seemingly impossible battle, you can retry until you find the one path you can take to actually win.
It turns a loss into a really fun puzzle, and it saves you time grinding back up to that point.
I just had a really fun final rival battle where it seemed actually impossible (Rayquaza was outspeeding and one-shotting everything), and I even when I set up everything perfectly, I only had one pokemon left standing at the end. Probably took me a good 40 minutes to find out how to handle it, and I learned a lot about how to play better.
This 100% Sometimes being forced into a battle thats just rly tough to get right, it feels so rewarding sticking with it and trying it for an hour or two only to find the correct way and manipulate the ai enough to win
Did just that earlier, got really unlucky and never got another gen 7 mon in my challenge run. Only had Magearna and Lycanroc and ofc had to deal with Maxie, it was painful but I got through it, somehow
Completely agree, sometimes the rng just gets unfair, and after 100 paths you'll finally get the win in the most unexpected way
disagree. why willingly play a difficult rogue like game if you are just gonna cheese it till its an easy one?
@@ec23472 is it really difficult if you play for hours to unlock all egg moves and the passive and are able to just sweep without having to think?
I'd personally rather make every attempt count and memorable than just unlock everything and click A for an hour.
At the end of the day you can play however you want to, no one's gonna stop you, people prefer different things
I remember watching some of your videos when you did osu content, rediscovered you now that pokerogue has consumed me and I’ve been watching quite a bit, hope to catch a stream sometime soon
Manaphy was one of my first high level hatch when I started playing. Got my first win with it before getting simple now I have all his moves and simple. It’s so cute and with take heart or quiver dance plus a good tm roll and he’s Uber busted
I had a blue shiny phione well pulled it twice 🙄 that I used in a classic run with full egg moves ran right through it lol
Rotom doesn't really shift forms, it enters an electrical object and controls it with his elecricity and can heighten it's abilities, for example he can use the cold of a freezer to attack enemies and a heater to burn and all that.
Pokerogue and gardening, peak content
whats the optimal way to grind candies?
I got two legendary eggs in the Zacian up... Im hoping and praying over here
I got a Xerneas with Tail Glow and a Zacian with Ceaseless edge
needless to say, im super happy with that :)
I got 3 legendary eggs but none of them are Zacian bruh
@@kiru6574 gl with your other pulls, that sounds rough
I keep pulling terapagos from lehendary eggs so mad. I got zacian a bit ago though
I got like 12 legendary eggs, even getting both Zacian and Zamazenta back to back 😭🙏
I got a 3stars Snom. It's really hard to evol 😢
Is the manaphy hatch just random? I have 12 phione hatches and no manaphy
how do yall candy farm in endless for pokemon that arent inherently broken? or you dont have op egg moves yet?
I did my first with a random garchomp I found in endless and just threw all the items on it. (didn't know anything about the game and strategy at the time but got to the 2000s) just use as many vouchers in the gacha as possible to help you pull better mons and passively gain candies from catching/hatching
I get shiny manapy for my first shiny legend... That now i use for endless run that verry broken pasive 😂
You have a shiny meloetta, lucky. Meloetta is my favourite Pokémon
Isn't manaphy's passive being changed to Primordial Sea soon?
Yeah pretty soon supposedly but that’s gonna be really good on it actually
😮😮😮😮 there changing things again
You should do one of these for marshadow
Calyrex is solid starter for endless
Can u show how to get the offline app on iOS bc I can’t play with the stupid reload every 10 floors plsss help
Were you playing around system time and date ?
@@Adi-oc7vu nah why would I
What's your opinion on Aron as a starter?
Salt cure-egg move
Level up has metal burst, roar, and protect
Has sturdy and passive being earth eater
extremely slow
@@yesyes1k thats the point, metal burst users always want to move second, best to have a iv with -speed as well and use a lot of soul dews to get your speed down to 1
@MrBytes-wx5zv it's obvious he doesn't know what metal burst is...
@@kmeier1163 no i just forgot my bad mate
I hatched a shiny Manaphy the other day🎉
Yo run away strat doesnt hatch eggs anymore? Or my game is bugged?
I think when running from a battle or using moves like roar that make the enemy run away, it doesn't count to egg countdowns
I swear it never counted?
AFAIK it never did
it never did
Manaphy can do decently, but as far as carries go it's nowhere near the most broken. Special attacks are great, but wasting a turn on setup isn't needed when there's higher bp/stat mons and moves like core enforcer/eruption reshiram (even after dragon energy is taken from it, it still might be the single best endless carry because it has self boosting weather and two insanely strong, stab spread moves with incredible coverage). It's still nice but there's definitely better
@@kaya-n3e Did you comment this before watching the video lol this has nothing to do with endless besides farming candies. Plus Reshiram is nowhere near good as you make it out to be compared to the best endless carries like Ray or Miraidon. Basically any special attacker with torch song and multi lens is already optimal with how linear endless is.
@@ProjectAceTV Oopsie poopsie, there's been a lot of endless content so I just kinda assumed that's what the farming would be for. Sorry about that! I'll still explain some stuff just to clear it up though
Reshiram definitely is that good; a lot of the endless players that optimized the mode (like with the conversion shedinja team that straight up cannot lose to any combination of abilities no matter how unlucky you get) have it and Latias as the best two (Latias is so nuts with soul heart that it's actually being taken away, so post nerf Reshiram will definitely be better than it). Reshiram's Dragon Energy will do a bit less damage than Miraidon and Ray's, but fire/dragon coverage is a lot better offensively than flying/dragon (and actually covers more than electric/dragon), eruption as a second stab move does way more damage than owing while being spread, and it does more damage than Ray's Dragon Energy thanks to sun being up.
Rising Voltage actually does about the same damage, but it's still a single target move while Eruption is spread. I personally like Ray and Miraidon more as pokemon and have used them more than Reshiram, but Rayquaza doesn't have a second stab spread move, and Miraidon's best stab spread are Discharge/Parabolic which are both way weaker than a sun boosted Eruption (pcharge does give healing on a stab spread move though which is super nice)
There's also Unnerve/Opportunist which are really great; Miraidon's my favorite specifically because of how you can self boost against boss shields to get one turn kills that Ray or Resh might not be able to. I'm a huge Miraidon fan and half of my 5850s started with it. But Reshiram having two funny stab nuke buttons is definitely enough to put it on par with those two. I don't think it's necessarily the best (that's why I said it MIGHT be the best), but it definitely is on their level if all three have full unlocks.
I did the calcs for Torch Song too, and even factoring in the rising spatk stat on each hit, it does less damage than 150 bp spread moves. This is without taking into account that torch song users are all weaker in spatk stats than the box legends (Chi Yu/Meloetta are the closest), torch song is a single target move, and the big legendaries with spread moves mostly have self boosting with the exception of Rayquaza to widen that gap even more. Torch Song is great and there's definitely mons that can do well as endless carries with it, but it's by no means optimal.
Sorry for wall of text but I wanted to go in depth on each point lmao, tldr Reshiram good Torch Song ok but not the best
Brazil mentioned
Is there a video on how to unlock legendaries?
its just luck getting them from the gatcha, also its kind of common getting at least 1 legendary in classic run
@@akmike2752 Should I be rolling Egg moves or shinies in the gacha?
@@GappyHilmore18 if you have like no shinies at all gatcha will help you get some then try doing endless you’ll have more luck especially shiny charms
how can anyone like endless more than classic.
Because it's more fun. plus you get so many shinies
More relaxing
@@Christian-qz7vj more relaxing until when you replace your carry by being so laid back and only realize later on. Now I'm trying to replace my Darkraidash with other runaway + flinching mons, and now I don't get unnerve passive.
I love endless, lmao. Classic is so boring.
First comment and pls tell me how to beat classic
Edit I got yveltal from egg is it good in this game
Just keep grinding classic until you find some Pokémon that have good stats or egg moves. Abra is a great starter if you have the egg moves, Tinkaton has great typing, and the move Salt Cure is insane.
Hope this helps!
For eteranatus make sure you don’t have leftovers so you can whittle him or her down with status like sleep leech seed and debugs as well as a strong psychic type Pokémon like Alakasm with the twisted spoon (things may be misspelled)
fuecoco on first run, if yo get an epic egg use that instead
