adrianas3951 Bro, If you have verified your account with Phone Number, this problem can happen for that. Make sure your Phone is receiving call and messages, it can fix the issue.😊
@@Fix.369 Thanks, but unfortunately the issue could not be fixed, though phone sis receiving msges. The downside is that I cannot raise a case to support with them as one usually does that from their account.

Is Persona verification safe? As I got the message (code) through Google sign in but didn't get it through the app. So, while doing google sign in, I got the code from a local number. So, I thought, it is not safe. But when I put that code, it worked, and then persona verification appears which I think was asking for personal ID. So, I want to know is it safe?
