You don't have to clear the old data. Just make a new account and make sure you do it on a new IP address and with new mobile number, email etc.

But don't connect them to each other cause it might appear like a botnet.
best to create new accounts on fresh IP addresses and then connect to LIONs (linkedin open networkers).
