This product looks awesome..... Quick question once I set it to flow 300 gallons, when its done do I have to set 300 every time I want to use it or do I just hit run? Will I have to program it every time the power goes out or is the information stored?
Can this be connected to a float switch? I need a controller that has a manual run/stop button but can also be connected to a float switch so it automatically stops the flow when water reaches a certain level in my container.
Hello I have been using these now a couple years. I think they are great. But now I have an issue where one of my units is not measuring any water flow. I need help please. I cannot call the number from the USA - is there a manual or do you have an answer? I replaced the plug. I replaced the flow sensor. It worked briefly but now all numbers are 0. When water runs through it it does not sense any flow at all.
For some reason my unit ( I use gallons instead of liters) is off by a value place. 5.00 gallons is half a gallon 50.00 is 5 gallons 500.00 is 50 gallons and etc. is there a fix for this?
DIGITEN Victor thank you for the quick response. I purchased 5 dc15 units for my business. I would greatly appreciate some detailed instructions on how to adjust the k value and calibrate. I have large tanks I fill with these units and so far I love the product. I have filled a 200 gallon tank. I have to enter 2000.00 to do so. It is very close but delivered about 180 gallons when I entered 2000.00 - I pressed the up and down buttons simultaneously to change to gallons successfully. I would like to be able to enter 0200.00 for 200 gallons and it deliver the 200 at least closer to it. Right on spot would be great too. Thank you
DIGITEN Victor my current k value is 1.98 which is what it came at so 9.00 ? I filled 300 gallons last night (entered 3000.00) and the system delivered 275 gallons. So does the k value at 0009.00 sound about right ?
DIGITEN Victor how Do I determine accuracy? If the water pressure changes will the k Value also need to be changed ? Thank your for responding I was loosing my mind

The setting value will be stored when power off, You only press the RUN/STOP button to deliver 300 gallons automatically.

Yes, it can monitor it. but the rate depend on the flow sensor.
the flow of my system is throttled when I occupy the controller. Does the K have something to do? I already changed the valve and nothing ..

Hi, what is your flow sensor? I think you need to increase the K value according to your description.

In general, some sensor and solenoid valve work with the liquid of weak acid and weak salt.
What if in display, it is showing "ERR" instead of temperature. what is wrong?
Don't connect to temp sensor, or the temperature sensor is damaged
