Your dish look closed to authentic Thai curry, however, I would like to recommend some points for better Thai taste. - no need pepper / paprika for Thai curries since it's in the paste already. - We don't use soy sauce and lime juice in curries. - You may use jaggery in place of sugar, it will give milder sweet. - Put basil leaves at the last process for bright smell.
