if they had a leg amputated, you dont have to do this on the amputated leg. otherwise, pain post surgery ithink would be the biggest thing. Pain meds 30min pre exercises is recommended!

is this safe for someone who just had her ovaries removed and with jackson drain inserted on her abdomen?
