    PUT IN A ZIPLOCK TO POUND OUT SET ASIDE
    SET UP BREADING STATION

    EGG WASH…3 WHIPPED EGGS AND ½ CUP MILK MIX
    4 CUPS PANKO BREAD CRUMBS MIXED WITH ¼ CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
    BREAD IN THIS ORDER..
    BUTTERMILK,CORNMEAL AND FLOUR MIXTURE
    THEN EGG WASH,THEN PANKO
    BREAD AND SET ASIDE
    BOIL OFF YUKON GOLD POTATOES AND CHILL AFTER CHILLED SLICE FOR FRYING
    GRAVY
    COOK OFF SAUSAGE FORM INTO PATTIES AND BAKE ON SHEET PAN
    SAVE STOCK FOR ROUX
    SAVE PATTIES FOR LATER PUT IN A ZIPLOCK AND FREEZE TO ENJOY LATER
    PUT STOCK IN POT AND ADD ⅛ TO ¼ CUP FLOUR COOK ON LOW TILL LIGHT BROWN AND 2 0Z OF BUTTER
    THEN ADD 2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM AND 1 CUP OF MILK AND THICKEN
    SEASON WITH SEASALT AND BLACK PEPPER
    FRY POTATOES TILL GOLDEN BROWN WITH BUTTER
    NOW FRY OFF CHICKEN FRIED STEAK ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
    PULL OUT OF OIL AND PUT IN AIR FRYER FOR 5 MINUTES
    NOW THROW IT ON A PLATE COVER IT WITH SAUCE AND ENJOY
