You need the latest version of Photoshop CC. If you’re a creative cloud subscriber, update the app. Otherwise, if you’re on a single license that’s pre-creative cloud, your only option is to upgrade to the subscription plan.
It's always so weird to see old photos with color. It makes the people look so much more modern. Well, some of them. Not the ones that posed for 10 minutes while the film exposed. They always look off.
