I shave it for her around every 9 days. I'm bald. So.... We definitely compliment each other. My wife like you has such a gorgeous face and strong & bold personality that nobody including herself could see her any other way than bald. In my opinion she's more femine now than when I met her with shoulder length hair. She's a lot more comfortable and confident with her body. I assure you that it will massively grow on you. Yes, but my hair's growing so fast that at some point I just give up and let it grow for a while.
Try for a smooth shave since you are this short.
I have a couple of birthmarks on my head so I think it's too dangerous 😁
