Exactly it’s sad that people have to put somebody in a category. When you play an instrument, you become a musician. And the more you learn the more genres that you play the more work you get and the more bills you pay.
All roads lead to Rome buddy let a man live his life, he has his own expectations to live up too ya know? You gotta understand this is some real work he's had to put in just to get into this position to begin with. You gotta just watch the evolution
One day he'll be the famous one, and he will be picking the people to be in HIS band, or he will join a super group that will make art beyond what your expectations are. You gotta have faith in the work itself and he's a good worker.
