If you want to avoid rng of upgrading the evt hat, use a rideword hat with a dark illusion card and a monocle with a dark illusion card. You also save endeavor tokens by not buying the hats and via leech (which means you don’t have to buy potions - saves zeny/tokens). Additionally, if you want to avoid rng, you can just buy royal guard ring from market with spell 5 for 5mil or less. Illusion booster L with spell have and drain soul is also pretty cheap at 6mil max. If you need more leech for hp a hunter fly card is only 5m
You could also use 2 sprint rings and thats it...they give 10% variable cast reduc each, and on top of that, they can also be enchanted with the Friday NPC, as well as the Orleans' Gloves. Much less RNG and faster to complete.

I use two red lanterns on my accessories for EDP, theres any way to compensate the lack os those 2 accessory enchants?
I would advise getting instant cast from stats instead, as red lanterns can get stat enchants opposed to spell.
