Dr. Simms is a fitting example of the kinds of practitioners that have made the medical profession unworthy of trust. He speaks nonsense:
    1) the vackseens are far from completely effective at preventing infection and severe disease, and C19 can cause serious neurological and other long term issues (especially with high viral load in the sinus area where the nasophyrangeal swab swipes which is close to the olfactory bulb, a neuronal structure through which infections can get into the brain).
    2) given the above statement, a nasal spray provides additional benefit to a vulnerable area that stacks on top of whatever protection the vacks give you, while having next to zero risks or harms added. Not only that, nasal spray can actually very much reduce the chances of getting infected since the nasal passages is where respiratory pathogens tend to first take root.
    3) obviously not everyone is vacksinated... some are alergic or had severe reactions to the first shot... therefore a nasal spray can help protect such people.
    4) he's wrong about the vacks being effective... there's good evidence that the vackseen makes you more vulnerable for 2 to 3 weeks where immune system is suppressed, it may provide some protection for 3 to 7 months after that, following which it again males you more likely to be infected. Finally, from the 3rd shot onwards there's evidence it cause your immine system to produce higher proportions of IgG4 Antibodies which actually reduce immune response to the pathogen, meaning your body doesn't try to fight it and instead your system is more likely to allow the pathogen to spread without much control, leading to morbidity and mortality.

Those dead people certainly listened to their doctors and went on ventilators. They never came down.

Dr. Sims, the vaccine has been a mess for mid-age and younger. There’s been a lot of focus on nasal sprays reducing severity of symptoms. Please reconsider your view for the sake of your patients.

It's also easy to make your own nasal spray... I'd just use saline most of the time though because Povidone Iodine can interact with your thyroid (I think pushing you towards hypothyroidism) if you use it over the medium to long term.

I have been using Cofix and it works great! It helps shorten the duration and severity when I do get sick.

It's also easy to make your own nasal spray with distilled water and you can buy povidone iodine.. I'd just use saline most of the time though because Povidone Iodine can interact with your thyroid (I think pushing you towards hypothyroidism) if you use it over the medium to long term. Many people are actually deficient in Iodine which also happens to be important to your immune system if I recall correctly, so a little bit is good even without the antiviral benefits

So the so-called expert still thinks the vaccine prevents it? I'll take the nasal spray! LOL
